The management company (Casago) does a very poor job of managing this property. Upon check in the door locks did not work properly. We contacted the management company who was not helpful at all. There is no air conditioning despite that not being advertised very clearly. Balboa Island is very nice but this property is not worth the money.

The condo is perfect.Great location. Having parking is a plus.The only complaint is on the bottom bunk bed itNeeds a new mattress. The person staying in that room Did climb to the top bunk.The cleaners should leave dishwasher pods or soapFor washing dishes.We definitely would stay there again.

Very nice layout which worked well for family. There was a lack of basics like needed extra towels; limited supplies in kitchen (only two small kitchen towels and no cleaning supplies) and no basics such as salt and pepper shakers. TV in living room was fine, but we could not get complicated system to work in bedroom. Not a big deal as we didn’t go to beach to watch TV. Garage was good, although without door remote, it was risky leaving car on curb of very busy street while opening/closing garage doors. Little trouble finding adequate street parking. Enjoyed the seating patios. Would like to rent again next year if available.

40th Anniversary trip with the kids

Very nice property. Decorated and updated very nicely. Location is very convenient . Garage Parking spot a Huge plus especially during July 4th week! We would recommend this property.

My family and I stayed in the home over Spring break. The house was clean and had plenty of space for the six of us. The location was close to the ferry, easy for my teenage kids to take over to the fun zone.
