Completely renovated in 2021, here is a beautiful air-conditioned apartment of 72m ² located on the 4th floor of the building, accessible by an elevator. The building has a central location in the district "Le Port".

Nice appartment in great location
Everything worked well with this appartment. Location was super good and we had a really nice holiday in Nice. Couln't have asked a better place!

Sehr schönes, sauberes Appartement mit toller Lage!
Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Größe, eine super Ausstattung und einen schönen Balkon auf dem wir immer gegessen haben. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 5 Minuten direkt am Hafen, wo es auch eine gute Tiefgarage gibt, in der wir unser Auto geparkt haben. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in der Altstadt, die vor allem Abends sehenswert ist, da dort sehr viele Bars, Restaurants und Clubs sind. In ungefähr 10-15 Minuten Fußmarsch ist man dann auch schon am Stadtstrand. Super praktisch ist auch, dass im gleichen Gebäude wie das Appartement ein Supermarkt drin ist, der gut ausgestattet ist! Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen! (Wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, sollte man sich allerdings am Besten im Voraus schon um einen Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage kümmern, da es direkt vor dem Appartement kaum möglich ist einen Parkplatz zu finden.)

Sejour très agréable
Appartement très bien situé proche du port et de la vieille ville, bien agencé, décoré et meublé. Contact avec la gérante et le propriétaire très pro et convivial. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de solution de parking individuel.
