McCormick Ranch

We very much enjoyed our time here. Great location, unit’s proximity to pool is great. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. Liked it so much we’ve booked again for next year.

Great place and owners

Owners very gracious and accommodating. Unit was the best in the complex with easy access to all amenities. Very well kept unit and grounds. Kitchen was very, very well equipped. A very good place!

The right spot

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed a clean place, a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, nice patio, bikes and hot tub. The owner was extremely attentive. Thank you! We hope to return soon.

Love this condo

We’ve stayed here 3 times in the last year. We love the McCormick Ranch location near shops, the bike path, and parks. The condo has really comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and many extras you don’t always find in a VRBO like laundry supplies, a cart to unload groceries, and a large patio with plenty of seating. Highly recommend.

A wonderful time at a wonderful place!

We had an excellent stay at this rental in Scottsdale. Everything was as advertised. The owner was quick to communicate and very helpful the few times we had questions. The amenities are extremely close to the condo unit, and the heated pool and hot tub are great. The roomy patio was a very nice plus, and we enjoyed some morning coffee and some meals there, too. Highly recommended. We look forward to staying here again.

Great stay

My husband and I are recently retired and this was our 1st winter in AZ. The location of this condo is absolutely perfect! It’s steps to the pool and a short walk to stores and restaurants! The property manager/owner was amazing! Any emails that I sent to her were answered with 1/2 hour! Also she kept us updated on anything going on at the complex. Definitely a place we would return to!

The comfort of the condo does not match the excellent location

Nice patio in front of the pool, but let's be factual : Every rooms are dark because small windows and dark paint. The kitchen needs : -decent trash can (there is only , on the floor, 2 basic plastic containers with no lids...... -I had to buy an electric kettle (that I left) The owner did not know if there was a kettle somewhere when I asked. - N0 juicer -Extremely noisy dishwasher and freezer (freezer noisy throughout the day) -it takes forever to get hot water (3 and a half minutes) The sofas are obviously very old and worn out. No trash cans in the bathrooms /also only plastic containers. The bed of the master is good. Basically, this old unit definitely needs to be seriously updated.

The condo had all the supplies we needed including ones that allowed us to do weekly cleaning (we were there for 30 days). Loved the hot tub and pool. Used the walking trails. The location was great. Price not bad, would stay there again.

Amazing place

We had a great time exploring the area and Anne’s property was perfect…even had bicycles and helmets. The unit is perfect and is near the pool. We could walk to a number of restaurants, Walgreens and a grocery store. Could not ask for more! Thanks Anne

Condo was great. Everything was clean and neat and well supplied. Great location!! Lots of golf courses and restaurants near. I think the highest rating I can give is we would stay here again !! Patio is big and wonderful!

Very nice condo!

I am so glad I chose this condo to rent. It is very nice and is in a very good location. It has a very large patio and is right by the pool. The owner replies to any questions you have immediately. If I need to rent a unit in Scottsdale again, I will definitely rent this one.
