Enjoy a spacious 1BR waterfront condo overlooking Lake Erie and Perry’s monument. Walking distance to all the fun of downtown Put-in-Bay yet located on a quiet dead end street so you can relax when you want to. This spacious top floor waterfront condo has amazing views, grounds, and lake access. Have your coffee on your private balcony overlooking the island's most picturesque sunrises and Perry’s Monument. Enjoy unobstructed stargazing from the top floor balcony! Enjoy backyard bbq on the lake or simply relax and listen to the waves. Located close to downtown but far enough away for you to relax. Our place is ideal for couples or small families. This is a quiet 12-unit building with some year-round residents so please no parties!
