C'est Jolie is a freshly decorated corner unit located in Point Pleasant with all new furniture and paint. It's a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom which sleeps two perfectly. We do have a new queen-sized sleeper sofa in case you have that extra person! It has two new AC's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room for those really hot nights. Most nights you won't even need it with the constant trade winds blowing through your wrap around balcony!

This villa has a large private wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy your early morning coffee or late afternoon drinks while enjoying breathtaking views of St. John, Tortola, Jost Van Dyke and our many cays and surrounding islands in what we call the "down island" view.

We have a gated entrance with security guard and 24 hour security on site which makes your stay comfortable and secure. We are ideally located at the East end of St. Thomas out of downtown and cruise ship traffic. Easy access to many lovely beaches. Red Hook is 5 minutes away and offers many restaurants, shopping and a full service grocery store.

Onsite restaurant, Ocean 180 offers beautiful views and serves Sunday Brunch and Dinner Wed through Sunday. Sun & Sea Bar & Grille right on the water serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, don't forget to look for the amazing tarpon swimming, waiting for some treats (they love chicken wings!) Sun & Sea Bar and Grille is right underneath Shoreline Pool!

There are 3 beautiful pools to choose from: Shoreline, Terrace and the Hilltop Pool located just steps away from C'est Jolie!

You can also snorkel here along the shoreline of Sugar Beach which is only a short walk down the hill or, drive and snorkel at one of the many world-class beaches nearby. St. Thomas offers 36 public beaches for you to enjoy!

Plan to spend an exciting day at St. John! It is easily accessible just a10 minute drive to Red Hook and a quick ferry ride away. Highly recommend nearby Tortola and Jost Van Dyke for wonderful day excursions also!

This unit is located at Point Pleasant Villas and is a privately managed condominium, not part of the on-site rental program, and managed by the owner. Guests still have use of all of the amenities including the 3 pools, 2 restaurants, on-site shuttle and Captain's lounge where you will find brochures for activities. We also provide can provide you with our concierge information.

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private villa and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service, and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. It could be for 10 minutes or for several hours.

Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. All reservations after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, local closures and restrictions on top of the usual weather or other conditions that may arise.

We strongly encourage each Guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" travel insurance. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, or power/wifi outages.
