Located just a block and a half from the famous South end main beach and an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this sweet little home will be a perfect fit for a fun beach getaway with family or friends. Step up into this cozy cottage that has a front sun-room that is bright and inviting and includes a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The home has been remodeled, but still features original finishes in the bedrooms, with wood-paneled walls and a charming historic feel. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a Queen Size bed, and both have wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The bathroom connects the bedrooms with a walk-in shower, each with its access door. There is a bonus room furnished with little kid-sized twin bunk beds, perfect for the youngest members of your crew.

To the back of the house are the kitchen and the eating area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large serving/breakfast bar, perfect for entertaining while preparing evening meals. The breakfast bar has seating for 4, and the dining table has room to seat 6 comfortably. The back door from the kitchen leads to a lovely patio with a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for 6. The detached utility room includes a full-size washer and a dryer and an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower - perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. This home is ideally located between 18th Street beach access and back river beach access at Inlet Avenue, which is a perfect place to stroll the shoreline at sunset, searching for the ideal whelk.
