Large Family Friendly Lakefront House in Prime Location with Great Sunrise Views

Located near the tip of the Thunderbird Mountain peninsula, the views from our lakefront house are hard to beat. Watch the sunrise every morning from one of the 4 east facing decks, the comfort of the master bedroom, or the spacious living room. We have over 2200 sq ft of outdoor living deck space overlooking both the lake and National Forest, giving you plenty of options to gather with your group or relax alone. Adjacent to the dining room is a screened in porch with a dining table and propane grill. There is also an additional dining table outside on the top deck and inside at a bar with stools, overlooking the kitchen.

Inside you will find three levels of living space including a Master suite with King Size TempurPedic bed, two bedrooms with Queen size beds plus one day bed, and a bunk room with two sets of custom-made bunk beds. The Master Suite is on the main, top level, with a spacious bathroom and walk in closet. Both bedrooms on the middle floor have an ensuite bathroom and are adjacent to the media room. One bedroom has a private outdoor deck with a sectional sofa and also connects to the main deck. The third, bottom, floor has the bunk room and game room with a pool table, arcade game, mini fridge and full bath. The covered deck on this level has a gorgeous view, propane fire pit and lots of seating.

The beauty of Lake Santeetlah can be enjoyed inside from each room, as there are gorgeous windows throughout, but the real fun can be had on the huge decks, lakefront dock and exploring the lake via boat (rentals available at the Marina with advanced notice) or one of the SUP/kayaks that we provide.
