Why they chose this property

I bought this property back in 2002 when my brother wanted to Move back to Colorado. He lived in this home for many year and when he moved up to a house, I converted this to a rental. This condo was just 3 or 4 blocks from where I lived at the time and I enjoyed living in the Arvada West Area. I have gradually been updating this property each year and like to maintain nice properties. I love that it is within a mile of groceries and my favorite Mexican Food Restaurant, it is on the bus line, and it is within a few miles of the dog park, Target, and many other activities.
