1 DESCRIPTION
Old Breton granite house of about 160 m², located in the center of the town of Plancoët, quiet environment.
 5 main rooms, kitchen and scullery, shower and bath rooms, 4 toilets, either:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
A lounge / dining room,
A kitchen with adjoining utility room,
A room with bed of 140, room of shower (with the Italian) and wc adjoining and privative.
Another independent toilet.

EXTERIOR:
Garden (400 m²) enclosed by granite walls, 2 terraces (south orientation for the whole) with views of the Pré Rolland Park where runs the ARGUENON. As you turn around, you will discover the beautiful tower that represents the oldest part of the house (photos).

UPSTAIRS :
2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140 and 1 bedroom with two beds of 90.
Bathroom, 2 toilets.

2 SITUATION OF THE GITE:
From behind, dominates the beautiful wooded site of Pré Rolland where runs the ARGUENON, Breton name meaning "LA RIVIERE BLANCHE" A magnificent view of our terraces and windows!
From the front, is in the center of Plancoët:
Bakery, butcher, delicatessen, hairdressers, fashion, aesthetics, press, tourist information, etc that pharmacy and medical center, accessible on foot just like the Saturday market.
Large areas 1 km: hyper U, and 1.5 km: ldll, Leclerc.
Several car parks

 3 LEISURE both in Plancoët and around:
Leisure, sports related to the beach and the sea, canoe-cayac on the Arguenon, fishing at sea or in fresh water (Arguenon, Lake Pléven (7km) and others,
Park with games, equestrian centers, tennis, golf, accrobranche, etc ...

Walks, excursions, discovery of the coast, historical sites:

4 EQUIPMENT:
Nice and comfortable house,
Functional equipment that you will find described in the "EQUIPMENT" section.
Assistance to the person: Shower seat in the bathroom on the ground floor.

5 MODALITIES:
 Rental contract sent by mail or mail.
For 2019 rates from € 340 to € 660 PER WEEK, depending on the period (low season, high season, school holidays). Christmas period: 500 € PER WEEK.
ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY: Possibility of renting for a period of not less than 2 nights: Please contact us for the price.
DEPOSIT: NO
ARRHES: YES to confirm the reservation is 30%.
Payment within 8 days, following the verbal agreement between us, by check or bank transfer
The balance of the rental amount will be paid upon arrival at the cottage.
A deposit of 160 € is requested but not cashed.
Tourist tax according to the legal tariff in force

2 Options: end of stay cleaning 70 € / bed linen supply week: 15 € per bed.
