Awesome Marigny House - Very Spacious!!

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom gem in the Marigny has high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Very spacious for hanging out with friends and family. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice back patio with large table and chairs to come home to after a full day of exploring the city. There is a Whole Foods-like grocery right behind the house. Also within walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants and live music venues.

Wonderful Spot for a Family and Friends gathering

We loved this property! The house is larger than I expected. We were there for Jazz Fest / wedding. Bus stops about a block or half mile away... depends on if you want to transfer. The kitchen is large enough for people to cook and stand around Living room sprawls over 2 spaces, so groups could form but still be together. Beds are comfortable. Yard space is nice Comfortable walk to Frenchman. Neighbors fairly quiet.. except.for some night chatter from the grocery store parking lot. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home!

Visited New Orleans with friends and family and couldn’t have had a better place to stay! House was clean and in an area with easy access to the French Quarter (8 min car or 25 min walk) and Frenchman Street. Neighborhood was safe and also had plenty of freak breakfast spots super close by. Would definitely stay again!

Great space in the Marigny

Very spacious apartment with great bedrooms and bathrooms and common space. Harriet was fantastic about everything we asked/needed.

Why they chose this property

This house is an old double converted to a single house. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. Very large, fully-stocked kitchen with a bar with four bar stools and French doors leading to a nice, quaint patio with a large table and chairs - great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The location is great - about six blocks to Frenchmen Street, which is one of the city's hottest night spots with live music, bars and restaurants. A little further and you will be in the heart of the French Quarter. It is also within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery.
