Spend the day swimming, fishing or just relaxing on our private beach on spring-fed Goshorn Lake - just steps away. Or take in some adventure with a Dune Ride, hiking on one of the many trails at Saugatuck Dune State Park or head to Oval Beach, one of the top shorelines in the U.S. Only a short bike ride to downtown Saugatuck, you're minutes away from renowned galleries, one-of-a-kind boutiques, coffee and ice cream shops as well as 5-star restaurants and cafes.

Parking Notes: NOTE: there is a strict 3 car maximum. Upon check-in, you will receive a parking pass that you are responsible for displaying on the dash(es) of your vehicle. A maximum of three vehicles are allowed to park at any time. Please park two vehicles bumper to bumper single file and the third on the left side of back car. Failure to adhere to these rules can result in a $50 fine. If there is no room for the third vehicle or if you have more than three vehicles with your group, please park at the overflow parking location, which is the park and ride lot at Exit 41 and US 196. A parking diagram is also provided at the home for your reference. Unauthorized parking can result in property damage, frustrated neighbors, and in some cases revocation of rental certificate.

Dock Details:

Water Access: An Association beach is provided on Goshorn Lake. Please use the marked path to the beach and the marked path to the dock. The pier is also available for your use. While fun, beach fires are strictly prohibited along the shores of Goshorn Lake. There is also Saugatuck Dunes State Park north of the river; this large wooded park area has hiking trails and cross-country ski trails.

HOT TUB NOTES: the hot tub is serviced weekly, if there is excessive dirt, grime or damage after departure, you will be fined $150 cleaning fee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher 1 hour before leaving that way the cycle is close to being completed when the cleaning crew arrives
Please also throw the towels in the washer and start cycle 1 hour before you depart
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only 3 vehicles allowed in driveway. No street parking.
Report any damage upon arrival.
