Very nice property

Property was very clean and comfortable. There was construction going on, was nothing the renter could control. In the future we will ask vrbo if they know of any construction going on.

Great view of Gulf.

The pics on the listing are not current. Upon arrival, we had to clean the kitchen and bath. Would be nice to have new towels for kitchen, bath and beach. We enjoyed the area and met some very nice people. Complex has a nice pool area.

Thanks for your comments, Steve. So sorry to hear you felt the need to clean the kitchen and bath upon your arrival - I will be sure to discuss with the cleaners. I will also take it upon myself to purchase new towels. Regarding the pictures being inaccurate - I believe the difference is in the color of the paint on the walls - I have also added some shelving and raised the ceiling in the kitchen - which I believe to be updates and improvements. Thank you for leaving the unit in such good shape upon your departure.

A Sand Key Gem

When my wife and I booked this condo, we were impressed by the stellar comments regarding the host and how attentive she was to the needs of her guests. Such courtesy does not happen with all rentals, but we found Rose to be absolutely accommodating to our needs. As for the condo itself, we could not have wished for a more perfect setting overlooking the Gulf. What a view! We found every comfort of home here, including modern furnishings and a comfortable bed.This condo is a winner.

Florida vacation 2023

We love Lighthouse Towers. We've been coming to this place for 20 years but not the same Condo. This condo was nice and we love the 15th floor because you can see everything. The balcony wasnt as big as we are used to but we usually stay in a bigger unit. The air conditioning wasnt cooling good but the owner was working on getting it taken care of. Other than that it was a great vacation.

Quiet Beach & Excellent Pool

Beautiful, quiet beach! Pool was very refreshing and clean! Everything you need for the beach is included, except a cart. The host was easy to contact and very responsive! The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of sheets and towels. I suggest a car or a delivery service for dinner and groceries. Not much within walking distance. I would stay here again!

Awesome condo with everything we needed. The views are spectacular of the beach and gulf. We were fortunate to witness manatees coming up close to the beach. Rose was awesome with checking in on us to make sure all was good. Highly recommend this condo.

Beach condo

We travel full time and this is the best beach place we have stayed! Has great view of the gulf - all glass in living and bedroom with a balcony. All amenities of pool, hot tub, gated, w/d, cable tv, king size bed that was one of the best mattresses. Very good restaurant and grocery less than a block from condo. Owner met us at condo and was terrific to communicate. If your in St Pete area this is a great condo for your stay.
