This recently renovated condo has elegance and comfort to provide you with the best of both worlds. The Lighthouse Towers property has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grills, tennis court, basketball hoop, outside bathrooms and showers, 24/7 security, and plenty of white sandy beach.
Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom new bath towels, new sheets as well as beach towels. The master bedroom features a comfortable plush king size bed with a roomy walk-in closet. Sliders allow for both an incredible view and access to your private balcony where you will be drinking in the breathtaking beauty of the Gulf of Mexico.
Additional added luxuries include, free Wi-Fi, cable flat screen TVs and Blu-Ray DVD in both the living area and the master bedroom, and a very convenient washer and dryer in the unit.

Lovely Vacation

The condo is beautiful and well maintained pictures do not do it justice!! King bed in Master very comfy! Owners went out of their way to give us everything we needed to make our two week stay enjoyable! Centrally located to many restaurants and to Clearwater. Nice & quiet family oriented community. Guard staff was very helpful and pleasant! Will definitely love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo in spite of a building electrical failure one day and a burst pipe in the garage on another night causing the fire alarm to trigger resulting in subsequent building evacuation. The beach is great for walking and you avoid the crowds at Clearwater Beach just miles away...

Perfect place directly on the beach

Very clean nicely appointed condo in perfect location directly on the beach. Close to Clearwater Beach downtown, but in much more quiet and relaxing area. Well maintained complex. Condo very well equipped if you want to cook at home. There are several good restaurants in the strip shopping almost directly across the street from the building. Communication with the owner was easy, we did not have any issues during stay. Would definitely come back. The only suggestion, would be nice to have at least small table on the balcony so you can have your breakfast or dinner outside.

Loved Sand Key

Very well furnished, comfortable bed, kitchen had everything we needed. The views were wonderful & the beach was great, as were the pool & hot tub. Even though it was a 20-story building with 2 elevators, we rarely waited very long for a car. We had one problem while we were there—& on a Saturday yet—but the owner took care of it promptly. We really liked that the Shoppes at Sand Key we’re just a short walk away & it was nice to have covered parking. We went up to the 20th floor walkway one day & couldn’t believe the views to the east as well as up & down Gulf Blvd. We had a very relaxing & enjoyable 2 months here!

Sand Key Gem

My wife and I were able to enjoy this beautiful condo for one month. The condo was decorated very nicely, extremely clean, well stocked with everything that you might need, and extremely quiet. The views of the gulf from the condo were terrific. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of seating around the pool. The walks on the beach each day were fun and there were lots of seashells to take home. The covered parking is very close to the elevator. The sunsets each night were amazing. Armando was wonderful to work with and always answered my emails or texts quickly.

First Stay in Sand Key-pleasesd!

This was my first stay in Sand Key and I must say this place was wonderful. The location you can't beat. Easy few steps out to the beach, beautiful sunsets every evening, and the place was perfect. We had two of us that were working from home during this stay and no problems with internet. I even got to walk the beach on my lunch break. Perfect!

Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet environment, but 3 minutes drive away from all the fun. The property is fully equipped with everything you may need to make it a perfect get away. Communication with the property owner was quick and very friendly, he even allowed me for a late check out to accommodate my late evening flight. Will definitely come back!

Great Sunsets

The views were great with the Bay out the kitchen window for sunrises and sunsets out the patio doors. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. A nice dining table which allowed us to play cards and board games. The Owner was very responsive to any issues we brought to his attention. Great location, close to stores and restaurants. Wonderful walks on the beach. The Security Guard was very quick to light the gas grills for us whenever we wanted to grill out. The views made the stay worthwhile even though the weather was a disappointment. We would definitely rent again.
