Excellent apartment

This is one of the best VRBO apartments we have rented. We stayed for a month. The location is excellent, with easy walks to museums, the Innere Stadt, and all the concert venues. Typical of Vienna, there is also excellent public transportation very close by. The apartment is comfortable and very well-equipped. Everything works, and the apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Good lighting for reading, and comfortable furniture. The kitchen has high-quality pots and pans (and dishes and glasses - lots of glasses). The kitchen is small but very usable, and we like to cook. Even the knives were sharp! Ingela was extremely hospitable and helpful. She is a model for VRBO hosts. We strongly recommend this apartment.

Nice Location

Property was well described, owner was more than efficient with her communication. Lots of bed space, great for a larger group. I really like how the property is well located. It is a bit pricing but you are paying for the location and it is Vienna.

The apartment has an excellent location, it is possible to go by foot fir every tourist destination. Nice rooms, well equipped kitchen. We had great stay in Wien.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all of downtown Vienna. The flat is clean, well maintained, and surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city. Ingella was such a gracious host and even though we did not utilize them I loved the idea of having to local prepaid phones available in case we wanted to separate during our city explorations.

Having travelled a lot mself, both privately and on duty, I know the importance of a comfortable accommodation in a central location. My apartments offer both.

Why they chose this property

What is absolutely unique with my Apt. 11 is that it is right in the city centre - walking distance to all the inner city tourist sites and with Palace Hofburg at your feet - at the same time it is totally quiet and calm. And you can sit outside in a small GARDEN of 17m2 to enjoy breakfast in the green, or a glass of wine to enjoy the last relaxing hours of the day.
