House description: The apartment is on the 3rd Floor of a Wilhelminian style residential building with elevator and green view.
Public transport and activities: Experience Vienna intensively and without the need for public or private transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants spoil you with culinary delights and Vienna nightlife is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese coffee house with delicious pastries, a huge selection of newspapers and first-class live piano music. Or take advantage of the fantastic shopping opportunities in Vienna's shops, shopping centers and markets. Our 75 m² apartment is located near the Urania between Vienna Mitte (U3; U4) and Praterstern (U1) and the inner city. When moving into the apartment you will find extensive, up-to-date information material. Take advantage of the numerous possibilities of cultural life, such as concerts, vernissages, musicals, etc., which the vibrant city of Vienna offers.
Sights and striking places nearby: Our apartment is located between the Vienna Prater with its countless green recreation areas and the historic old town of Vienna (URL HIDDEN). The St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The ring road runs around the old town with all of its magnificent buildings from the imperial era (URL HIDDEN).Also in the immediate vicinity are the Hundertwasser House and the newly restored Urania observatory!Take advantage of our location and experience a different Vienna!
Our apartmentApartment description: The spacious 75m² designer apartment has been completely renovated and is suitable for 1-4 people. It consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, storage room and anteroom. The apartment is located on the 3rd Lift floor. Non smoking apartment, no pets. Equipment: The apartment is furnished to a high standard and selected. The equipment includes: 1 TV (cable), mobile phone or fixed telephone, internet connection, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee machine, sufficient cookware and dishes, bed linen, towels and tea towels. Additional equipment: cot, ironing equipment, vacuum cleaner. Bicycles can be provided on request. We have a paid garage space in the house !!
Arrival and departure date by appointment. Handover of keys on site. We look forward to welcoming you to our apartment! We are also happy to help you personally as we live right next to our apartments!

Fabulous apartment! So spacious! Beautiful views and in a wonderful area. Everything was walkable. Elevator was a real plus. So many restaurants and transit nearby. Very quiet.

Spacious apartment in a great location. Easy to walk to the Stephansplatz and close to public transportation. Plenty of room for three adults. The washing machine is convenient, and having separate living, dining, kitchen, and bedroom areas was a huge plus. Communication with the hosts was easy, and with their apartment in the same building on the same floor, it made our stay so smooth. Another plus, a small grocery store not far away. Overall a wonderful stay!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It had everything we needed and the host was so helpful. The neighborhood was great with some nice restaurants nearby and is right by the tram line.

Very nice place and very nice host.

We walked everywhere we went. The apartment is about a 20-30 minute walk from the middle of the old town area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had an awesome time staying here and would do so again.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely delightful! The hosts greeted us upon arrival and ensured we were provided all information and items necessary for a most enjoyable stay - our first in Wien! The apartment was spotless, well-appointed and comfortable with an inviting layout. The kitchen was stocked with all the home goods that you need to prepare coffee, tea, toast and a fully-cooked meal from scratch, if that is your preference. But you can also choose to eat out at or takeaway from a number of very local markets, cafes and restaurants of all cuisines. And the location of the apartment, which allows for very fast and efficient travel to all tourist sites, is calming and peaceful. Thank you to our host for this wonderful stay! We look forward to our next stay with the hosts!

Friendly host. Great communication. Very clear instructions. Room was ready before checkin time and so the host agreed for us to go in roughly 2 hours early. Clean apartment and great location. Train station 10 minutes walk away, or 5 mins by tram. Train from the station goes direct to Vienna Airport. We were flying back in the evening so we checked out by 11am, and the host kindly agreed to look after our 2 suitcases in their apartment for a few hours whilst we spent the afternoon roaming the city. Really helped us a lot and we are greatful. Would stay here again if I came back to Vienna.

Once you get past the rather plain façade, this apartment has everything you need for a great city break. Very clean and pretty spacious it is comfortable and welcoming too. We loved our stay in this spacious and sparkling clean apartment. Nice place

Lovely Clean and roomy place, very nice to have a washing machine. A little bit out of the way, but trams were easily reached and frequent. I broke a glass shelf which the owners were very decent about.

Great place to stay in Vienna

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay.The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower is wonderful with lots of hot water available. The elevator provides easy access to the 3rd floor apartment. The apartment is conveniently located to many attractions with close access to public transportation. The hosts are terrific! Communication before and during our stay was excellent. They make every effort to ensure their guests have a great stay. We are really happy we chose this apartment for our trip to Vienna!

This apartment is in a perfect location. 8 minute walk to the underground train, 2 blocks from the metro. Very walkable to the 1st district. This cute apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Felt very comfortable in the area, walking around in the evenings. Appreciated that there is a lift. Wolfgang and Nicholas were wonderful to work with. We would definitely recommend this location and we do hope to come back to see more of Vienna someday and would love to stay here again.

Nice area

Wolfgang and Christine were lovely people and very accommodating about allowing us to store our luggage. The apartment itself is located in a quiet neighborhood, close enough to everything. A bit of an odd layout in that the solo toilet was located in a small room near the front door and the shower and sink area (to wash your hands) is off the kitchen. Also, it was unusually warm while we were in Vienna and the one split was located high on the ceiling in the living room so for us (we love it cold) it was not sufficient. The couches also seemed a bit dated. For those reasons didn’t give a 5 star rating.

Empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sauber und groß und sehr einladend eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche hat alle Utensilien die man braucht. Außerdem liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr central um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
