Beautiful New Unit; completed in 2019! Features private entrance, king size bed with memory foam mattress in private bedroom plus bath with full size shower, designer tile and all new! The central area houses a studio with mini kitchen, island bar, day bed for additional sleeping for two! The media area is complete with comfy furnishings, a barn door entertainment center, and exercised equipment. The private entrance from the rear patio gives access to the fenced yard and double gate out to Monument Lake. Kayaks and life vests are available.
