"Sea La Vie" is a highly sought after beachfront condo that offers small families and couples the opportunity to relax and have fun in Ocean Isle Beach. ⛱

The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is on the east side with a balcony facing east to parking/buildings next door. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom as well as the porch.
It offers a master bedroom with a private bath and king sized bed.
Bedroom two offers twin beds. A queen size sleeper is in the living area. (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.)

Marni moved from NY/NJ to NC 15 years ago and started visiting Ocean Isle Beach. It was then that she set her sights on starting to save to one day own a "Place at the Beach"
10 years later, Marni teamed up with her mamma to purchase this amazing beachfront retreat...

Amenities are awesome. 112 steps to the beach, and an oceanfront pool... it makes enjoying the ocean incredibly easy. We love sitting out on the porch and watching the ocean as well! Close to shopping, bars & restaurants, nearby other cities, and towns.
