"Sea La Vie" is a highly sought after beachfront condo that offers small families and couples the opportunity to relax and have fun in Ocean Isle Beach. ⛱

🧜🏻‍♀️ Beautiful brand new Coretec floors, new appliances, new beds and bedding, kitchen cabinets, backsplash and granite countertops, all new furnishings, breakfast/dining bar, covered deck, and breathtaking ocean views make this the perfect locale for a relaxing family/our couples retreat.

💁‍♀️ Enjoy long walks on the shore and fun-filled days basking in the sun while playing on the wide beach.

🐳 Prepare to begin to relax the moment you open the door with our tasteful coastal décor, which will make you feel right at home.

🥂🥩🥖 Great shopping, dining, and entertainment are a short bike ride or drive away.

🏰 This condo is a side view unit located at phase one of A Place at the Beach.

The condominium complex is oceanfront and this unit is on the east side with a balcony facing east to parking/buildings next door. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom as well as the porch.

It offers a master bedroom with a private bath and king sized bed.

Bedroom two offers twin beds. A queen size sleeper is in the living area. (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.)

Enjoy brand new appliances and features such as:

Important to note! Bed linens and towels are not included. The property has pillows and bed covers. No pets.

Great stay in OIB!

Cute, little spot close to the ocean! We walked in our bare feet to the beach and pool - it was the perfect spot for kids. Home was clean and decorated exactly as pictures show. The hosts thought of all the little extras - flavored coffee and creamer, beach toys and chairs, and books and games for children. The porch is also super cute and we enjoyed sitting outside in the AM. Thank you for having us!

Marni moved from NY/NJ to NC 15 years ago and started visiting Ocean Isle Beach. It was then that she set her sights on starting to save to one day own a "Place at the Beach"

10 years later, Marni teamed up with her mamma to purchase this amazing beachfront retreat...

"We spent 8 months rehabbing it! We ripped it down to studs and even replaced the subfloors. We poured our love and attention to detail into making this a super comfortable and luxurious beach getaway." - Says owner Marni Blythe, "We love our guests!"

Amenities are awesome. 112 steps to the beach, and an oceanfront pool... it makes enjoying the ocean incredibly easy. We love sitting out on the porch and watching the ocean as well! Close to shopping, bars & restaurants, nearby other cities, and towns.
