Located in Fawn Valley Inn, backing up to Fall River only 1 mile from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!
This Cozy Condo can sleep 3 people with one King Size Bed in the bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room.
If you have a larger group rent both my Units in the same hallway! (#1408918 Unit 206)

Has free Cable TV and an outdoor swimming pool to cool off in.

Take a stroll down the river path in the evening after a long day of hiking or visiting Rocky Mountain National Park.

These condos are less then 1 mile away from Rocky Mtn National Park. 4 miles from the town of Estes Park.
Estes Park has the hustle and bustle of a small town with lots of Tourists and things to do.
Restaurants, Shopping, Go karts, Movie theater, Miniature Golf, Horseback riding, Wildlife(the Elk are always walking around the area), four wheel and snowmobile tours, Fishing, Etc.
It is nice to visit but then escape to the wilderness at night to get away from it all!
