This cozy abode is a tastefully decorated one-bedroom Condo that sleeps up to four people with a master bedroom and pullout sleeper sofa. The condo comes with a full kitchen stocked with all you need to prepare any meal. Not to mention the fireplace and indoor jacuzzi tub that allows you to lounge and relax while watching the fire or enjoying your favorite movie.



This quaint little condo is located on Estes Park's Fall River in the Fawn Valley Inn Complex. This beautiful rolling river sits right alongside the patio deck and is so inviting! Elk and Deer frequently visit this sweet spot where, if you’re lucky, you can capture some of nature’s most spectacular photo ops that Estes Park has to offer.



When you are ready for your Rocky Mountain adventure, hiking trails are only minutes away at Rocky Mountain National Park's Fall River Entrance, the gateway to the most wonderful views the Rocky Mountains have to offer. The newly built Mountain Rollercoaster is also a highlight that you will want to try out, along with the Aerial Tram and Adventure Park, where you can play putt-putt golf, ride go-carts, or try your skills out on the balance course.



Downtown Estes Park is five minutes away and offers a great night out on the town or a walk around the lake during the day. You can enjoy dinner out at one of the many restaurants or try a local beer at one of the many brew pubs in Estes Park as well. Don't forget the shopping! Very nice place. We loved being minutes away from the National Park. One recommendation is to add curtains in the bedroom. It is pretty bright at night.

It was a wonderful stay. Everything was super clean and the owner was very nice and very easy to get ahold of. We showed up late and had trouble finding our way. There wasn’t very clear directions on how to get to the room as well as a email malfunction. But overall it was wonderful. Thank you for the amazing weekend.

Hard to find!

The name of the property is not on any signage and therefore made it difficult to find the location. I had to call the property to get specific directions. If those directions had been sent along with the check-in instructions all would have been perfect. The property was very clean and maintained. The pictures on the outside weren't really "accurate" which also led to the confusion on finding the place.
