9th Street Paradise - Cabana Club Access

New owners – new listing! We are excited and happy to share our home with you! Enjoy the best the Keys has to offer when staying at 9th Street Paradise.

Our home is a spacious, just over 1300 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bath half duplex home in Key Colony Beach. The kitchen was recently updated with a large bar area, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is well-stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster and plenty of cookware and serving ware. There is also lots of cabinet space for your personal items. The dining room has plenty of room for 6 at the table and 3 at the bar. The living space is bright and open. All three bedrooms are private (no walk-throughs). The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, separate bath and flat-screen TV. The guest bedrooms feature a king bed in one and a queen in the other; both rooms have flat-screen TVs. Both bathrooms have curved shower rods to give you extra room while showering. The home has a large capacity washer and dryer, central heat and air, carport and plenty of parking.

There is a nice patio and a fun and useful tiki bar in the backyard. 2 fishing kayaks are there for you to enjoy. Cook your fresh catch on the grill, sit at the bar, have a drink and enjoy the boats going by. There are lights, electricity, water and a fish cleaning station at the 37’ dock ready for your boat (bait freezer is in the carport).

This much preferred East Facing canal-front home allows for beautiful morning sun and much needed late afternoon shade in your backyard. The home has easy, immediate access to the ocean and the Gulf through Vaca Cut – just minutes away from some of the world’s best snorkeling, diving and fishing! Come and enjoy the Florida Keys!!

This property comes with access to the exclusive Cabana Club! The Cabana Club is a private club with an Olympic-sized pool, hot tub and its very own private beach located within Key Colony Beach at 425 Ocean Drive.Key Colony also has tennis, pickleball and a par 3 golf course.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was Great up to the point that they tried to extort us for a new upgraded Front Door.There was a manual Deadbolt on the inside of the exterior door which had no key on the outside of the door which while out fishing our dog locked which meant we could NOT gain access to the house we called the office but no answer because they were closed .called multiple locksmiths and could not get one to answer so we were forced to pry the window on the front Door open which damaged the window frame but managed to get it up high enough to get my hand in to unlock thinking we were doing the right thing we reported it to the office the next Day and they said they would send their handyman up to look at it and also told me that it was not a big deal the Door was we get a call from the office later that day telling us their handy man says the window is not replaceable that the whole door needed replacing and the owners were gonna pick out a door and they would email me an invoice as I told them we had know problem paying for the damages.Little did they no I'm a project manager for a large GC company in Volusia county Florida I Called my State licensed window/door contractor and sent him dimensions and photos of said door and window keep in mind there was absolutely no damage to the door itself he found a replacement window for that door in 2 minutes at a cost of $220.00 and a whole Door for $465.00.Friday afternoon I get an email stating the owners have picked out a Door custom impact half glass storm Door at the cost of $1526.49 and Labor would be $1200.00 for a total cost of $2726.40 and had a missed call from the office at 4:45 pm and a message demanding payment so they could order the door neither did I get until after office closed.We stepped up and did the right thing only to feel like they tried to shaft us.all paperwork and invoices including theirs which actually says no permit needed which is 100% false have been turned over to our Attorney
