Amazing ocean views!

Welcome to Sunrise to Sunset, our 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage located at MP 2.5 in Kitty Hawk! Ocean views from all 13 windows surrounding the great room! Very comfortable and bright cottage you are sure to enjoy, both inside and out. Very conveniently located across the street from the ocean and close to many great restaurants. This home has a great layout with lots of light and views of the water from every room. The front deck is the perfect morning spot to soak in the ocean views and beautiful sunrise. Use the back deck for sunset dinners or just laying out. And don't forget the hot tub!

Plenty of off-street parking under the home as well as a storage room stocked with an extra refrigerator, umbrellas, beach cart and chairs, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, large outdoor shower, plus a gas grill, and a hammock!

Kitchen fully stocked with coffee pot as well as a Keurig, microwave, blender, and hall pantry. 2nd refrigerator recently added to utility room for additional cold storage.

Large dining table for 8 plus more seating at the kitchen bar.

Free high-speed internet with WiFi.

Additional items provided for guests with small children: high chair, pack n play, as well as umbrella stroller.

LINENS and TOWELS are NOT provided.

The location was excellent, the owner so kind and helpful, the house was stocked with everything you could think of and then some to make our stay so very hospitable. The house is clean, fully stocked with most items you need including beach gear, and is just steps to the ocean! We had a great time at the beach and hanging out at the house in the hot tub and nice backyard. It’s also close to everything in Kitty Hawk so there are plenty of restaurants and other activities. Our family loved the house and had an awesome trip!

Howard was the perfect host with the perfect house. I don't believe there was anything Howard had not thought of. The house was loaded with many extras and was fully stocked. We've been coming to OBX several times a year since the pandemic started and we've finally found a house we'd definitely like to return to! Great Location, Lovely Home

We had a great stay. The location was perfect. You're on the beach in just a few short minutes. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. It was great not to have to bring those items from home. Thanks again for a comfortable stay.
