Idéal en famille

Avec 4 adultes et deux bébés, pas aisé de trouver le logement ayant la taille adéquate et localisé de telle sorte que l'on puisse se passer de voiture sur place. Le logement répondait à tous ces critères, ayant en plus de la classe.

Situation du bien par rapport au centre ville

Très bel appartement, bien agencé, dans une résidence calme, mais assez loin des commerces (je ne suis pas venue en voiture). Chambres à l'étage, accessibles par un escalier très raide. L'un des vacanciers est handicapé et n'a pas pu monter.

Très bel appartement sans faute de goût, fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. L’ambiance est même bien supérieure au rendu des photos de l’annonce. Quartier idéal proche du centre, accessible à pied même avec des petits. Le parking est très appréciable pour les périodes de forte affluence touristique ainsi que les chariots mis à disposition pour le transport des bagages dans la résidence. Un micro bémol sur la propreté vite oublié. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. A réitérer.

Idéalement situé

Très beau duplex avec des chambres situées à l'étage. Il est très bien équipé. A pied on est â 5 mm de la plage, 10 mm d'un supermarché, 15 mm du centre-ville. Pour conclure, nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré le coronavirus.

Fantastic location and very smart apartment with comfy beds (which can be flexibly arranged to suit family needs). A recommendation for the owner - it would be great if bedding and towels were provided for guests - perhaps not normally done in France, but is expected in all UK holiday properties. The need to bring own sheets and towels was clear to us when we booked - so not a complaint - just would be a nice convenient touch. We were however led to believe there was no bedding provided - however quilts and pillows were - so just need to bring sheets, quilt covers and pillows (square pillows provided).

We spent a month in this wonderful apartment. It had everything we needed. It was a great size and very nicely decorated with a lovely homey feel. The views to the hills behind Deauville were great. We would definitely visit again.

Étant habitués à séjourner à DEAUVILLE, nous vous confirmons que pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou plus l'appartement est parfait, on se sent comme à la maison avec la mer à 2minutes à pied. La proximité avec le centre ville et la plage sont un vrai plus car nous n'avions plus besoin de prendre la voiture. Et pour finir les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et en cas de besoin le gardien est très disponible. Appartement à louer les yeux fermés

Très bon séjour en août 2012. Appartement spacieux, bien arrangé et bien équipé. Equipements nombreux et de bonne qualité. Conforme à la description et photos. La place de parking souterrain est bien pratique les jours d'affluence l'été (attention, box petit ne convenant pas aux grosse berlines, ma Mondéo rentrait au "chausse-pied") La résidence est de très bon standing et bien située (5mn de la plage et 10-15mn du centre de Deauville, et environ 10mn d'une petit supermarché). Bonne adresse !

Appartement très agréable

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à la Toussaint dans ce spacieux duplex, confortable et lumineux. Nous avons apprécié la vue (côté terre!). La chambre avec lit de 1,40 m convenait très bien pour notre fils mais est peut-être un peu exigüe pour 2. Les photos du site me paraissent tout à fait conformes à la réalité. La décoration n'est pas très "jeune" mais soignée. Elle déplaira vraisemblablement aux accros du design, mais conviendra aux autres... On peut difficilement trouver plus proche de la plage à Deauville, et le casino est à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Le quartier est tranquille tout en étant relativement proche du centre. Un grand supermarché est situé à proximité. Nous n'avons pas eu de souci majeur, notre séjour s'est bien déroulé et nous retournerions avec plaisir dans cet appartement.

Appartement confortable, bien équipé, dans un immeuble au calme et bien tenu. C'est un duplex spacieux pour les 4 personnes que nous étions à l’occuper pendant une semaine durant les pâques 2012. L'accès au centre ou aux "planches" est rapide. C'est un bon souvenir, vivement recommandé.
