Absolutely an amazing house and property. Very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and laundry. We had multiple generations and with the variety of patios and house common areas, there were many comfortable places for visiting and playing games. Very friendly and attentive hosts. The lake views are stunning with both sunrise and sunset over the water. We had an absolutely great week here.

This house is incredible. So much room for everyone. The owner has thought of everything. She was so responsive to any needs or questions. Incredible water frontage for swimming and floating. We are already planning for next year here . I can’t recommend this vacation home enough .

Amazing property for our family vacay

Dawn & Steve’s home was absolutely perfect for our extended family vacation last week. Their home had plenty of space for our 17 adults, teens, and littles to spread out and large areas where we could eat as a group, play games, or just hang out. We spent a ton of time outside swimming off the dock and out on our boat exploring g the different sand bars which our whole group enjoyed. Dawn and Steve were very communicative leading up to our stay and throughout the week. Check-in/check-out were very easy and the location is great. We would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Family reunion vacation

This home was perfect for our family. We had 11 adults stay in this house for a week and one person occupied another room for one night. Everything you need is at this home. So we’ll equipped. Beautiful porch overlooking the lake was a great place for morning coffee as the sun rose and drinks at sunset. Very nice boathouse with floats and canoes and kayak and also boat dock. Home is beautifully decorated and well kept. Absolutely loved it!

Even more amazing than it looks!

This house and the view are absolutely beautiful! The pictures do NOT do this property justice. There is plenty of space for everyone and the house had everything we needed for a great week spent with family! We had grandparents, parents, kids, and everyone had an amazing time. We spent the days boating, playing outdoor games in the large yard, or just floating on rafts and our nights around the large tables playing games and laughing... It was perfect! Owners, Dawn and Steve, were so easy to work with and responded immediately with any questions that arose during our stay. Thanks for a vacation that we won’t soon forget!

Lake Norman trip

This property is beautiful with plenty of space to house a large group. All of the sitting areas, inside and outside, made it easy to be all together to eat, play games or just sit by a lake fire. Whatever it is, you won’t be disappointed. The owners, Steve and Dawn were responsive, easy to work with and supplied a bunch of rafts and lake toys for our use.

Annual Framily Trip

The house is huge (we didn't even use it all). The location is super convenient and the owners were so friendly and easy to connect with. Overall we loved our experience and the house. The outside sitting area was nice, the hot tub was great, and they had a lot of rafts, etc for lake fun. Two things to note, we didn't realize the owners/family still live in the house so having their stuff around was a little weird initially (but fine) and their freezer was full of food making it hard for us to use it (there is another freezer down stairs but it's a small hassle). We would stay there again, we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful home with perfect views of open lake. Awesome perk that a boat came with the house!

Owner is wonderful to deal with! Great Price for what you get, the 7 bedrooms are all large and comfortable! Lots of outdoor space to enjoy including a large boat house! We already plan on booking again in September! Stay here, you won’t regret it!
