Hello,
For your holidays almost feet in water, I rent my flat of 48m2 in 100m of the beach of Trestraou in Perros Guirec. It is located on the ground floor with a garden area in front and behind (quiet) and a private parking space.
The beach of Trestraou is the beach of Perros-Guirec with its promenade, its Casino, restaurants, nautical center, cinema, palace of the congresses and animations of the summer. The customs trail to the famous Côte de Granit Rose is 500m away. Weekly rental only

Très bon séjour !

Bel appartement bien équipé, propre, avec tout le confort (y compris des jeux de plage pour les enfants, très appréciable). Logement très bien situé à 2 pas de la plage. Les enfants ont dormi sur le canapé lit du salon : ils l'ont trouvé confortable et ils ont apprécié le fait que ça faisait comme 2 petits lits collés. Le lit de la chambre était confortable également. Les explications pour l'arrivée sont très claires et la personne qui s'occupe du logement vient nous accueillir et nous montrer les environs proches avec les commerces de proximité. Une bouteille de cidre et des biscuits bretons nous attendaient à l'arrivée ce qui est très accueillant.Bref, nous recommandons vivement !

Plage et calme

Très bon accueil des propriétaires dans ce logement proche de la plage et pourtant très calme. Dans ce lieu touristique, la place de parking est un avantage. Au-delà du bon équipement matériel, cet appartement confortable offre une belle décoration et de nombreux beaux livres. De quoi passer de belles soirées après les nombreuses activités de la journée. Gemütlichkeit am Meer

Das Appartement liegt im Erdgeschoss eines kleinen Mehrparteienhauses und hat eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse, deren hohe Hortensienbüsche gegen Blicke von der Strasse her schützen. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Die Terrasse haben wir wie einen zusätzlichen Raum erlebt. Das Appartement besteht aus Vollholzmöbeln und ist liebevoll dekoriert. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht, hat uns persönlich empfangen , im Vorfeld bereits Links geschickt, damit wir den Parkplatz finden und uns alles gezeigt. Auch Prospekte über Ausflugsziele wurden bereitgestellt . Am Tisch stand zur Begrüssung ein Blumenstrauss, 1 Flasche Cidre und Kekse. Handtücher, Badetücher, ein kleiner Schirm wurde bereitgestellt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Lebensmittel zu kaufen und verschiedene Restaurants. Das Meer ist zu Fuss 1 Minute entfernt. Die Rosa Granitküste kann man direkt vom Strand aus erkunden. Wir haben das Appartement zu dritt genützt, das war schon recht eng und ein bisschen umständlich, da man die Couch immer wieder zusammen klappen muss, sonst kommt man zur Terrasse nicht hinaus. Aber das war nicht wirklich ein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen n umständlich,weil man die entferntempfunden.unliebevoll dekoriert
