Apartment very nice and renovated in a building typical pink granite in downtown Perros-Guirec, close to all shops.
It is 55m2 and consists of a main living room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.
One bedroom contains a double bed and the other bedroom contains two single beds that can be glued together.
All the equipment is new. He understands:

L’appartement propre, accueillant, une belle décoration, des couleurs douce, la salle de bain confortable, la literie en bon état. Le seul bémol c’est le bruit le soir est très tôt le matin étant donné qu’il y a un commerce en face et qu’il y a les livraisons, mais cela reste raisonnable. Nous recommandons ce logement. Pour notre part, nous y retournerons.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist wunderbar eingerichtet ind es ist wirklich alles da, was man so braucht ( Föhn, genügend Handtücher, verschiedenste Küchengeräte. Wir waren im März dort und fanden immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Sie liegt zentral, dennoch ist es dort sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Käseladen, Metzger, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Cafes, Restaurants. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Emplacement idéal

Cet appartement est joliment décoré, bien équipé et situé dans une petite rue commerçante (calme) du centre ville. Bien qu'il ne dispose pas de place de stationnement attitrée, il est facile de se garer gratuitement dans les rues aux alentours. Plage à 15 min a pieds.

Magnifique séjour à Perros-Guirec

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Perros-Guirec (tous les commerces alimentaires, les boutiques et restaurants sont à proximité), l'appartement est très cosy et lumineux. Il convient très bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples. Beaucoup de possibilités de parkings gratuits aux alentours. Les plages sont situées à environ 15 minutes de marche. Une superbe première en Bretagne, surtout que la météo était au rendez-vous ! À prévoir : du produit anti-moustique pour la nuit.

Appartement cocooning en plein cœur de Perros-Guirec

Cet appartement, situé dans le centre de Perros-Guirec, est décoré avec soin et il ne manque de rien. Parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes, il est situé au premier étage. Il est lumineux, calme et on peut y faire ses courses à pied (il y a tous les magasins alimentaires possibles, boutiques, restaurants, dans les 250 m). On peut accéder aux plages ou au port en 15 à 30 min à pied. Pour nous, le séjour à été parfait.

Super appartement en centre ville

Nous avons passés deux nuits dans cet appartement situé en centre ville et pour nous qui sommes de la campagne, nous avons aimé être en centre ville. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et moderne. Les chambres sont grandes, notre ado était content d'avoir une chambre avec deux lits pour lui tout seul. Il y a quelques bibelots facilement accessible aux enfants notamment pour notre fils de 1 an et demi, il faut donc être vigilant 😀. Très jolie salle de bain. Propriétaire accueillant et disponible par téléphone au besoin. Il manquait juste un couteau à huître et nous avons pas pu en acheter au carrefour city juste à côté car ils n'en vendait pas. Merci et à une prochaine fois 😀
