OCEAN OAKS RETREAT - OO16B - Beautifully decorated, spacious duplex featuring 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch, downstairs master bedroom suite. Microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 Cable TVs, WIFI. Accommodations include 2 King beds, 1 in the downstairs primary and 1 upstairs. A queen and a full furnish the other two upstairs bedrooms.

Linens are provided with this unit, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.
Pet Friendly with $150 non-refundable fee - 2 Dogs max; 50 lb. limit.
NO SMOKING. PARKING FOR TWO VEHICLES ONLY.
Ocean Oaks has two private beach access points and a community pool.
NOTE: If our no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
