You enter this home through a bright and spacious kitchen, fully equipped with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, everything you need to fix a home-cooked meal, and a bar top with seating for four. Flowing from the kitchen is a dining table, with seating for four, and a spacious living area with an abundance of seating and a beautiful fireplace. Off of the living area is the master bedroom, furnished with a KING bed and a large ensuite bathroom. The first floor provides easy access to the porch with outdoor dining, two Adirondack chairs, and breathtaking views. Finishing off the ground floor is a half bath and stackable washer and dryer. The second floor is home to two guest bedrooms (KING), each with its own private bath and access to the upper balcony. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island million dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community fire pit included.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a beach deck, dune area and seawall.

Access Points: There are three beach access points with the main access located near the pool and clubhouse, one access point in the mid-north area and another at the south end of the Cottages.

Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time. The sand area landside of the seawall is accessible at all times for recreaation.

Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.

Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, therefore we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
