PLEASE NOTE: SeaChase is scheduled to undergo property enhancement and modernization projects beginning August 2026 through Spring 2027 (schedule permitting). These improvements are designed to enhance the overall property experience. Please anticipate the following:

• During August 2026, schedule permitting, is anticipated to experience the bulk of the noise coming from jackhammer noise and concrete dust.
• September 2026 through March 2027, schedule permitting, each tower is expected to operate with one elevator available at a time. Guests may experience slightly longer wait times during peak periods.
• Spring 2027: Floor closures are anticipated to take place later in the project, though an exact schedule is not available at this time.
