Comfortable Pool Home in a Family Neighborhood

This bright and nicely landscaped home is comfortably furnished home in South Daytona and is in a friendly quiet neighborhood close to all the Daytona Beach fun. It's just the perfect place to stay if you are going to the race track, going to Bike Week or Biketoberfest , (Special rates for these events) spending the holiday or going on a family vacation. Our home is just a short 5-minute drive to Daytona Beach Shores and is approximately 10- minute drive to Main Street in Daytona Beach or the Daytona International Speedway . In addition, the Orlando attractions are only 75 minutes away. There is something here for the whole family.
We take pride in our home! We are looking for good people who will appreciate what we've done to make this home special and who will take good care of it. Because of this, we carry a very strict no smoking and no pet policy. You must be 25 years of age or older with valid ID to rent this property. Thanks for your interest in our home and we look forward to making plans with you to be our guests! There are special rates for bike weeks and race weeks and other special dates.

We had a nice stay during the Turkey rod run. And were very grateful for the use of the garage for our car, it gave us great piece of mind to be tucked back in a nice neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly as well.

Everything we wanted and more

Owner is very responsive, and the house has everything you need for a stress-free vacation.The house is located in a nice neighborhood, and it's very easy to get to the beach, stores, or Daytona attractions. Nearby there is indoor ice skating, a small bowling alley with arcade and VR games, and multiple parks. A few miles away, in Port Orange, is Tiki Adventure Zone which has go karts, arcade, batting cage, and miniature golf. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The owner has pool floats, beach toys, and multiple boogie boards for use. The week went by too fast. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

We loved our stay here. Great location! Getting to and from Daytona International Speedway and the restaurants on the shores was convenient and the traffic was not bad at all! We loved our time with our friends, even though the weather was not great! We hope to stay here next year for the 500 and even just a “east coast” Florida getaway for a weekend! Gary and Maureen are wonderful hosts!

Nice home

The house is just what it looks to be in the pictures. Great size for our family of 5. The pool was just right and clean! Our kids absolutely loved it! Not right in the middle of the busy part of town which is what we wanted but not far from anything at all. The host was amazing and very accommodating as well. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

The location worked out well for us and the house was fairly well stocked. The master bed mattress and pillows could definitely be replaced, but we managed. The screened rear porch was a bonus. If we were coming to this part of town again we would consider this property.

The pictures listed didn’t do it justice. Home was better in person than what was listed so we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was extremely easy and convenient. Owners were accommodating.

Daytona house

The listing said 2 Queen beds in 1 room, 2 Double beds in 2 room and 2 twins in 3 room. What it is is 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twins very disappointing. Furniture is old and extremely uncomfortable you sink into the couches and chairs, this includes the beds. Food left in refrigerator.

Comfortable and Convenient

I stayed at this charming little home with my 7 year old daughter and my son, daughter-in-law, and their toddler. The home is on the smaller side, with one main living room, but the kitchen and bedrooms are roomy, comfortable, and functional. The home also has a nice lanai next to the pool for comfortable outdoor lounging. The pool is a bit on the smaller side, but it is perfect for lounging and cooling off when it's hot. My daughter loved it. The owners were kind enough to accommodate our need for a later checkout and were readily available with questions we had. The home is conveniently located only a few minutes from South Daytona Beaches, which we found populated but not over-crowded. It's also close to the racetrack and less than a half-hour from the Tanger outlets. There are several nice parks for children nearby, one which has a splash pad. Overall, this is a nice property and a good value. I would rent this property again if I came back to the Daytona area.

Deceiving!!!

Overall location and neighborhood was great!!! Close to everything. The house itself was dated. We had an issue with one of the bedrooms not having power. We alerted the host, who seemed unbothered by the situation. We were told an electrician would be out to look at the situation. An electrician never came. We were told to just use an extension cord and lamp to light the bedroom and an apology was given for the inconvenience. I then asked for some type of discount for our inconvenience and it was denied by the host. They stated it was out of their control. I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint and was told they also refused to give a discount. I sent pictures of the fuse box and the room having no power and was later given a refund of 120.00 by VRBO. I would not recommend this property. It had spiders and water bugs in the bathrooms and if it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The pool was dirty. We spent 45 min cleaning it upon arrival. I believe the hosts were aware of the electrical problem and just were not willing to fix the issue for a family that was only staying for 3 days. Poor way to conduct business. Please book with someone else!!!
