High Pointe Resort is a gated-community on 30A, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The 6,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls, a kiddie pool and hot tub are a huge draw; as well tennis courts, golf practice net, shuffle board courts, barbeque grills. Crabby Steve’s gulf-front Bar and Grill is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before hitting the beach. 

This ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath Gulf front condo comfortably sleeps six. Wake up to beautiful Gulf views in the master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite; complete with a spacious walk in shower. The guest room has two queen size beds and private bathroom; complete with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The kitchen, living and dining space is an open concept floor plan with great Gulf Views! The kitchen is updated with all stainless steel appliances and a full supply of dinnerware, cookware, silverware and glassware. The dining table comfortably seats six with three additional seats at the kitchen bar. The washer and dryer is located inside of the unit, just off the kitchen. 

Enjoy stunning sunsets from the private patio of 12W, with access from the master bedroom or living room. There is seating for three at the table on the patio, two additional sitting chairs and a lounger. 

No steps involved to use this ground floor unit. Amazing gulf views from patio and master bedroom. 50 yards from the huge Lagoon pool, hot tub and great onsite Crabby Steve's restaurant.

Great spot and view

Nicely furnished condo. Lovely view of the water but you cannot see the actual beach as the vegetation is high. Convenient to restaurants, shopping in Rosemary/Seacrest and excellent Pina Coladas from Crabby Steve’s.

Wonderful!

We love High Pointe and found this particular unit to be amazing! The unit has a wonderful view of the ocean, is close proximity to the pool and beach, and is conveniently on the ground floor. Plenty of towels, well supplied kitchen and very clean!

Our daughter is medically complex, sleeps with a vent at night, and requires a lot of medical supplies. The host was very accommodating. They let us ship supplies early and said yes to every special request we had. Their communication was always prompt and helpful. The property was clean and the view was amazing! Everything was as it was listed. We had everything we needed! We will definitely be back. We love High Pointe! We’ve stayed at other properties before but this was by far our favorite! Can’t say enough good things about this place…

Great High Pointe Condo

We had a great week at 12W! Condo was updated, spacious bedrooms and well done bathrooms, beautiful view of water from porch, and steps from Crabby Steve's. Would have loved beach chairs included but they were easy to rent. TVs could use an update but otherwise everything was wonderful! We'll definitely be back!

30a escapes was the absolute best. The rooms were clean and that view was to die for. But their service was top notch. From getting us a new remote same day to helping me track down my dads lost wallet. They went above and beyond and were incredibly responsive. Can’t wait to go back

Thanksgiving get away

This was a perfect place for family of four. We spent The Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is nicely equipped, although toaster could use an upgrade. The property is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, walking and biking. Beach rentals were also very easy. Only problem we had was that air conditioning went out. With mild temperatures, it was not too much of a problem. The property manager was immediately responsive to arrange the service call the next day.

Great location.

Wonderful location. Would have been nice to have beach games/paddle ball at the rental and beach chairs No guest book with suggestions. Lots of codes to remember might be better to have just one. A few sundry items at check in would be helpful as check in is so late in the day. Would be nice to have some coffee at the least. Patio furniture was okay not great. One lounge chair that is only full recline. First floor was perfect place and view was fabulous.

Unit needs updates

The condo was nice but needs many updates. Coffee maker and toaster are at least 10 years old.No extra blankets were available to use in case anyone would get cold. The internet service was sporadic. We had to go outside in the foyer to be able to contact the property manager. If you have phone service with Verizon, you will not have any phone service inside the condo or on the patio. Overall it was okay due to the close proximity to the beach and Crabby Steve’s.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, upon entering our condo we quickly noticed a very strong odor. After inspection we concluded it was from the garbage disposal. We cleaned and ran it through but definitely something that should have been treated before our stay. It was a terrible first impression. The master bed was lumpy and made for a horrible weeks rest. One last note thing to note is that we could hear everything going on above and beside us the entire week. This being said the view was stunning and the grounds were lovely. Everyone we met was friendly and we had a wonderful week.

Great 30A getaway!

This Condo was amazing! Location, scenic views of the ocean from room, free bike rentals, pool, clean, etc! We truly enjoyed this trip and will definetly return in the future! At first we were unaware of where to go in the “30A” area, but Rosemary Beach is by far the nicest among that stretch of beaches on 30A because of the convenient location of shops and restaurants! The beach access is also very close to room! you have pay 60$ for chairs and umbrellas daily, but well worth it, because everything is set up for you when you go to the beach! The only problem we had with the entire stay was the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible, and we are not picky people! If the mattress was newer/comfier, we would rate this place 11/10! Other than this we completely loved this place!

Nice but over priced

I went on spring break with my family. We were there with 12 other families staying in condos. Our condo was by far the most expensive even more than some updated 3 bedrooms. Also ALL of the other condos had beach chairs rented with their units but I had to pay an additional $400 for week to rent. Condo was nice but I feel that we got screwed for what we paid and got compared to others

Thanksgiving with Extended Family

My brother's family stayed at this property and my family and parents stayed at another property in this beautiful location. The restaurant was closed for the season in the resort but it was OK because we could still go out there and enjoy the sunsets! The beach below was amazing! Everything was clean, neat and comfortable inside the condo and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the shops, farmer's markets, restaurants and pubs in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Everything was an easy walk or bike ride which was wonderful with college-aged kids. Also, the area was very safe with wristbands needed to access the property from the road or the beach. Great pool and other entertainment facilities. Would suggest anyone to stay here! We loved it.

Summer Vacation

Great property. Great resort. Condo is beachfront and clean. I’m giving 5 stars for the property. For future residents please update the living room TV (damaged) and kitchen pans/utensils (dated/worn out). Overall great experience, would rent again.

The location is the best for the area and for High Pointe!

We have been visiting the area for a decade, and have stayed a variety of places - at High Pointe, The Pearl, Carriage Houses, houses in Seacrest Villas, etc. The location of this unit is by far the best! The unit itself is a little dated and needs some updating. The master shower is huge although it has lots of mildew, which is off-putting. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay!
