Large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an open concept kitchen/living/dining area. Master has a king-sized bed, a single bed, walk-in closet and en-suite. Second bedroom has a queen and a single bed and the second bathroom across the hall. Large balcony overlooking Gulf Blvd and the inter-coastal waterway. Clean building; well-maintained. Heated, salt water pool is right on the beach, but it is currently being renovated, post hurricanes. The beach is stunning though, so you might not need the pool.
We are close to restaurants, bars, shopping and amenities, bike and boat rentals, a gym and golf courses.
The Tower Isle condo association requires a 3 month minimal rental, but we would prefer 4 months, ideally November to April. There is one covered parking spot included, and laundry down the hall. There is a screening process by our Board of Directors for all applicants.
