Whether it be reeling in scores of trout in the Yellowstone River, soaking up the water at Chico Hot Springs (10 min. drive) or hiking in Yellowstone National Park (30 min. drive), there are numerous delightful and memorable experiences to be had and shared that you’ll love it so much you’ll never want to leave.

Our family bought this 20 acres and our family has made many memories there and finally in the summer of 2019 were able to build our cabin that we absolutely love! Many days we do not even leave the property and just soak in the views! We know you will enjoy it every bit as much as we do!

Views cannot be beat in the entire valley! Halfway between Yellowstone National Park and Livingston make an easy trip to either place...1 mile from the Yellowstone River and 10 minutes to Chico Hot Springs, Old Saloon, Sage Lodge, and the Anglers West Fly Shop!
What makes this property unique
In addition to the large cabin, you may also add on the use of our smaller log cabin which is great for teens or additional adults (not suitable for young children) for $100.
