Come to discover our house of 50m2.
The PERCHE consists of a dining room kitchen fitted and equipped, a living room, a bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
Guests can enjoy a private terrace with outdoor furniture.
Other equipment available: small appliances, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning set, sheets and linens.
Our accommodation is located in Breuil-Magné, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
Breuil Magné is a peaceful village on the outskirts of Rochefort. Near Fouras. Central point of the tourist cities of La Rochelle, Royan, Saintes and the islands (Oléron, Aix, Ré). Also located 10min from the beach.
You can enjoy a small market on the village square on Sunday morning but also that of Rochefort, more popular on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning.
For the cure, the lodging is at 10 minutes by car of the thermal baths of Rochefort
Transport: Bus lines, serving Rochefort and its station, are available near the house.
Lovers of nature, many walks are to discover in the marshes.

Jolie, bien placée mais manque d'intimité
Jolie petite maison au calme et bien située pour aller à Rochefort ou au bord de la mer mais à 10 metres face à la maison des propriétaires qui ont 2 enfants ce qui enleve de l'intimité pour profiter du jardin.

Nous sommes désolés que votre intimité a été troublé par nos 2 enfants. Pourtant nous mettons tout en œuvre pour ne pas déranger nos voyageurs. Effectivement, le terrain est en commun et notre maison est en face le gite mais nous avons mis en place pour chacun un espace dédié. Nous faisons attention que nos enfants ne viennent pas perturber la tranquillité de nos voyageurs et je ne comprends pas votre message et note car vous ne nous en avez pas notifié lors de votre passage durant votre nuit dans notre gite. Que ce soit dès la remise des clés, lorsque vous avez vu mon mari par la suite ou encore le lendemain matin. Nous avions même pensé que vous vous étiez absenté en soirée. De plus, nos enfants n’étaient pas en extérieur lors de votre passage ou peut être mon plus grand garçon âgé de 6ans qui nous aidait lors de l’entretien du jardin en après midi. Le petit étant à la sieste. Encore toutes nos excuses pour la gêne éventuelle que vous avez eu.
