The last guest bedroom has two twin beds and another en-suite bath with tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom and bathroom which contains a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the large back yard.

Just off the kitchen is the large backyard and pool/spa. The backyard has plenty of seating, a grill, and a dining set for a great outdoor meal. The whole family will enjoy the pool and attached spa after a day at the beach! Speaking of the beach, the sand can be in between your toes in less than 5 minutes from the front door of 4 Pelican. Coligny Plaza is just as short a 5-minute bike ride as well!
