Marco Updated Beach Front Condo, 2Br 2Ba, 1605 - T4, Pool, Beach & Ocean Views

Enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath fully updated beach front condo at the South Seas Northwest gated complex. It is in Tower 4, condo 1605 on Marco Island and the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the balcony is spectacular of the beach and ocean. The balcony also gets daytime sun with the southern exposure on those winter days. The condo was just completely remodeled and updated in October of 2019. A well furnished balcony allows views of the white sand of Marco Island beach. It features a large outdoor year round heated private swimming pool. The unit is newly updated, warm , welcoming and clean and has all the comforts of home. Flat screen TVs, with over 100 channels, WiFi for the family, a modern style eat in kitchen, a dining area as well as a laundry room near by, not to mention everything you would need for a day on the beach. Provided is a beach cart, chairs and cooler. You will enjoy direct access to the beach, a workout facility and a short walk into town.

This is a a very nice condo at a price that is much less than a hotel on the island. The condo can sleep up to 6, with a king size bed in master bedroom, and two single size beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa (comfortable for 1 or 2 children). We have 2 other units in this complex so if you have a group traveling to Marco please let me know. All are 5 star condos. Thank you, Frank Buckles

This condo building was designed with a small laundry room on each floor, it is close by the condo. These are very clean and nice with new speed queen machines in them. It costs about $2.50 to wash and dry a load of laundry.

The condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, beach cart, and a variety of beach toys.

Please be aware that motorcycles, RV's, and any type of trailers pulled behind a car or pickup are not allowed into the condo complex area, and there is no parking for these types of vehicles.

There is also a $100 registration and parking fee at the condo office after you arrive at the condo building, this is required if you have a vehicle parked there or not. This is for one vehicle, additional vehicles will also need to pay this fee.

We had an absolute WONDERFUL time during our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful! Frank was available anytime I had a question and was fantastic with communication. The grounds were spectacular. It was great to be right on the beach again and take long morning walks to the to north end of Tigertail to enjoy all the wildlife out there. The condo was very well decorated, very clean, and the beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was plenty of beach gear available. The balcony was great and had just enough shade to get a break from the sun when we needed it. Frank the property manager was fantastic at getting back to us when we had any questions. We would definitely go back again!

Great family vacation on Marco Island. We loved that there was everything needed for the beach! We ate out each day but the kitchenette came with everything needed to eat in. Loved the balcony and could see the fireworks from it on the 4th! Only bad piece was the walk to the beach but that’s common if you stay in that area.

The view was amazing! The condo was very clean and well taken care of, even the balcony and the balcony furniture. We had everything we needed. The entire complex was clean and exceptionally well maintained; everything from the parking garage, elevators, laundry rooms, pool, workout room, landscaping.....everything. Very impressive. Frank communicated everything we needed to know very thoroughly and effectively. Frank was very easy to contact when we had questions and replied very promptly. Great stay, incredible value

We just got back and already miss Florida. Condo was excellent and everything involving our stay was a piece of cake. There was some anxiety after reading some reviews about South Seas and excessive pool rules, but we didn't experience that. Even with kids aged 3, 5 and 7 we had a blast without issue.

The inside has just been remodeled and updated in October of 2019. You are on the beautiful white sand beach of Marco Island, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico right from the 16th floor balcony.

What makes this property unique

Great views of the beach and ocean. Warm Gulf of Mexico ocean waters for swimming. Combine this with a large private outdoor pool that is heated year round. A workout room in tower 3, and restaurants and bars close by. Prices at restaurants are very affordable as well.
