About this property

Condo w/access to Private Rec Center w/pool & hot tub. New remodeled kitchen

This first floor condo features a large open floor plan with newly remodeled kitchen The kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal for friends and family. There is a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, full size range and a breakfast bar that seat 4 in addition to a dining table that seats 6. You are sure to enjoy the light adorned family room complete with a huge stone wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with both cable and streaming services, and access to the great outdoors on your own private patio. The living area also hosts a queen size sofa sleeper.

Down the hall, the primary bedroom features a king size bed, large wood burning fireplace, wall mounted TV with streaming services available, and a private attached bath. The second bedroom features twin-over-full bunk beds as well as a high quality folding twin mattress in the closet. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Enjoy the many newly renovated amenities at Hi Country Haus which includes a new pool table room, large indoor swimming pool with hot tub, weight room, lounge deck with outdoor hot tub, and a large gathering area featuring a beautiful fireplace and a large flat screen TV.

Great condo in Winter Park

We had a great stay! The condo was in a great location - we loved being right across from the rec center to swim and enjoy the hot tubs. Restaurants, grocery store and skiing are close. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was right in town, making it super easy to grab a drink or a bite to eat. It was also so close to the ski resort taking out all of the stress of driving out there. The place itself was nice and the hot tub was great

Great getaway

This is a great place to get away! The location is great, the rec center pool and playground are a hit with the kids, and there's a few different short walks/easy hikes right from the neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Nice, compact but great for our family of 4. Location is awesome!! We could walk up to the rec center - literally right across from the unit - to swim in the pool/hot tub. Kids loved it! Great trails nearby and you could walk to Hernando's!

Fall Break Getaway

Wonderful location within walking distance of local places. We had one hiccup that management quickly responded to which was appreciated with a solution due to it being unexpected. Well maintained condo with the perfect in building amenities to be able to cook and enjoy a relaxing time. Comfy beds and a great time had by our family. Would definitely choose them again for a stay in Winter Park.

It was a great little condo. Only two small inconveniences: - coffee machine was broken - would have been nice to know that you needed to bring your own shampoo, soap and towels when using the rec center. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great long ski weekend

Great place for my family of four plus my sister to stay for 4 nights while we skied at Winter Park. Location is close to everything and only 7-8 minutes from all the ski resort parking lots. Condo is stocked with everything you need and is very comfy. Kids loved hitting the hot tub and pool at the rec center across the street every day after hitting the slopes. No issues with any part of our stay, everything was smooth and awesome. Would definitely book again.

Favorite Hi Country Haus Property

We have stayed in several Hi Country condos and this is our favorite! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets as well as kitchen supplies. The layout was perfect and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and we loved being across the street from the rec center. We hope to rebook this property for our next trip to Winter Park.

Fantastic condo and location!

Absolutely loved our stay, well stocked kutchen. Very large for a 2 bedroom in the mountains and so close to the pool, etc. only problem was the neighbors above were very loud starting at 5 am. Found fans in the closets and used those for white noise and didn’t hear them after that. Overall, great condo and would absolutely stay again!
