Cozy Downtown Greenwood Retreat - Walkable to Everything
A cozy, updated craftsman home in the heart of downtown Greenwood that we affectionately call "The Pearl". Walkable to restaurants, shops, parks, and a convenience store. Only a 20-min drive to downtown Indy, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis Zoo, Fountain Square, and the convention center. It's a great hub for your greater Indianapolis adventure!
It's a great space for families, small groups, and co-workers with an open layout that allows everyone to gather together or spread out.
The home is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including extra pillows and blankets. There is a master suite located on the main floor along with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a full bath and loft area.
While we are child-friendly, we are not child-proofed. We do have a gate available for the staircase and a pack 'n' play.
Approved pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee. We have a No Smoking and No Parties policy. We charge an additional $200 cleaning fee if either of these policies are disregarded.

Why they chose this property
We lovingly call this property The Pearl. It's a real treasure in the heart of downtown Greenwood. It's walkable to all the great things happening in downtown Greenwood including the popular restaurants, art classes, boutiques, and festivals. It's also a great place for families! You can walk to the public library, Mrs. Curl's ice cream, a playground, and Kid City. It's a great urban experience. In addition, the house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It's like staying at your best friend's beautiful home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
