The property met our needs, the location was excellent for our needs. We utilized the kitchen to make dinner for our children who just had a baby and it functioned fine. The only concern was the lack of local channels on the TV. Host was trying to get it rectified but we were unable to get it done. Process was easy and we would consider staying again the next time we come to Boston

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Howard. We’re glad the home met your needs and that the location worked well for spending time with your family—especially during such a meaningful visit. It’s always nice to hear when the kitchen setup supports exactly the kind of gathering it’s meant for. Regarding the TV, the system and streaming services were fully operational during your stay. The screen you encountered was part of the platform’s standard login flow rather than an issue with the service itself. We appreciated your patience while we walked through the steps together, and we’re always happy to help guests get oriented with the setup. We’re pleased to hear the overall process felt easy, and we’d be glad to host you again the next time you’re in Boston.
