The property met our needs, the location was excellent for our needs. We utilized the kitchen to make dinner for our children who just had a baby and it functioned fine. The only concern was the lack of local channels on the TV. Host was trying to get it rectified but we were unable to get it done. Process was easy and we would consider staying again the next time we come to Boston
