Enter into an expansive living room with beautiful, tall trey ceilings and 26 feet of sliding doors that open up the Florida room, living room, master bedroom, and den/ kitchen to a sun-filled, private lanai with a large heated pool and jacuzzi-style hot tub. Look out onto waving palm trees, and a beautiful lake beyond. The house is set to southern exposure so you'll get plenty of that famous Florida sun.

You are nestled between the quaint cities of Punta Gorda, North Port, and Englewood. There are plenty of restaurants within 5 min, beaches within 30, and shopping all around. A short drive to famous beaches: 30 min to Boca Grande is our personal fav along with Englewood, Manasota Key, Venice, Nokomis, and Siesta Key (whose white Siesta Beach has been chosen multiple times as the best beach in the United States). The area is known as one of the greatest places to sail in the United States, one of the greatest places to play golf in America, and one of the best places to live in the South. Also, if you want to explore more of Florida while you’re here, you are a 2.5-hour drive from Disney World (Orlando). 3.5-hour drive to Miami. 2-hour drive to the Everglades.

We especially Loved the pool and hot tub. It was even a very nice warm temperature on cooler days.Our host was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We enjoyed the view of the lake many different times of the day…so serene.Close to amenities and 40 minutes from RSW airport.Would definitely stay again!

THE PICTURES SPEAK VOLUMES!!

We booked this home for our 39th anniversary were not disappointed. This home was everything we were looking for and everything was exactly as it is in the picture.This home is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The first thing we noticed walking in was the beauty of the home, but we were quickly distracted by the stunning views of the lake - so clear, clean, and tranquil; water is therapeutic for me. The house is equipped with any and everything you need for a relaxing vacation, and if it’s not there, do you really need it? The pool was an added bonus for cooling off on those warm days. The entire process was effortless and the owners were incredibly responsive to my texts. We give our stay five stars across the board!!

Beautiful Getaway

Matt and Michelle were very accommodating and provided great information on local amenities. The house is absolutely stunning and has that "home" feel. My husband and I traveled with our 3 yr old, and the space was more than sufficient. The pool was perfect, and what an amazing view! We will definitely try to stay again!

This was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing rentals I've had in recent memory. The house is beautifully appointed and the pool and spa were so inviting i found it hard to get out at the end of the day. I would recommend this properly to anyone looking for a retreat from the everyday.

Great stay

Visited Florida to see family and chose this house as a place to stay. The house is as good as it sounds in the description. The house's overall flow was so open and airy. The furniture was all top quality and in great condition. The pool, where we spent a lot of time, was exactly what we were looking for. One note, parts of the deck have a decent slope to them and get very slippery.

Quiet and Relaxing

Just spent 2 weeks at this beautiful home in a quiet neighbourhood. The house did not disappoint. Enjoyed many days just relaxing by the well maintained pool and enjoying the view across the small lake. Easy drive to anywhere we needed to go. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We decided on staying in Port Charlotte as it was an ideal location between N. Fort Myers and North Port where my husband's siblings have homes. Great Florida Stay

This is a very nice house and a decent value given its location and high-end feel. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. Nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of bath / pool towels and stocked with an adequate amount of basic necessities. The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet. We walked the area a few mornings and everyone was very friendly. Plenty of privacy in the pool area. The location was very convenient for exploring the coast and other nearby cities.

Hurricane stay

The place is beautiful. Everything was great except we added more days to our stay and the host forgot to add it to our door entry and we were unable to access the house after a long days work and it took 22 minutes for the host to respond. Just a minor mistake but bad timing for us. Overall would recommend it to anyone up to 5 people.
