Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz und sehr zentraler Lage zum Markt und zur Restaurant- und Einkaufsmeile. Das Haus befindet in einer Seitenstrasse am Ende der Restaurantmeile, es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Markt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist in Ordnung und bietet genug Platz um Surfbretter und Fahrräder unterzubringen, genug Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Kleidung ist vorhanden, eine Wäscheschnur kann zusätzlich angebracht werden ( habe wir allerdings mitgebracht), überdachter Sitzbereich mit einem Gasgrill, der eher schwach in seiner Leistung war. Es gab keinen separaten Eingang zum Garten, man musste die Fahrräder usw. jedesmal durch das Haus in den Garten schieben bzw. tragen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Bereich wurde durch Stühle blockiert ( haben aber alle dort gemacht, ist wohl üblich). In beiden Schlafräumen gibt es geräumige Schränke und genug Platz um alles zu verstauen. Elektrische Rolläden an fast allen Fenstern, ein Oberlicht ohne Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Es gibt keine Türen nur Vorhänge, die die Schlafräume vom restlichen Haus abtrennen. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, das Oberlicht im Wohnzimmer kann man öffnen, jedoch bekommt man die Gerüche und Geräusche des angrenzenden Restaurant ungefiltert ab, da es sich um den Hinterhof des Restaurants handelt.Insgesamt sehr lebhafte Umgebung. Der Vermieter wohn nebenan und spricht ausschließlich französisch, klappte aber irgendwie. WLAN relativ lahm.

Wieder ein ganz toller Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, welches sehr zentral im Ort liegt (Markt direkt vor der Haustür und der Strand ist auch fußläufig erreichbar). Super netter Vermieter, wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Tolles Haus im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig gelegen

Fast 100 m2 Raum, bestens ausgestattet, Vermieter sehr nett, alles Bestens. 2 Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett französisch. 1 Toilette, ein separates Bad. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind sehr groß und gut ausgestattet! Wir waren zufrieden und happy! Danke für die schönen 2 Wochen!

Maison tres agreable avec de grands espaces. L'hote est tres accessible. J'avais oublié les draps et il m'a gentiment depanné. Preuve de sa gentillesse. L'emplacement est ideal proche du marché tout en etant au calme. Une raison de plus de revenir a Montalivet.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt ideal und ist gut ausgestattet wie beschrieben und auf den bildern zu sehen. Es ist alles da, man muss lediglich grossformatige Bettwäsche und handtücher mitbringen. Der Kontakt mit Monsieur Plantier, der nebenan wohnt ist sehr nett, er ist auch jederzeit ansprechbar. Der tolle Markt ist direkt um die Ecke und zum Strand/ Meer ist es auch nah..alles sehr erholsam erholsam

Immer wieder Klasse Unterkunft

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und erneut begeistert über die schöne und saubere Unterkunft, die klasse Lage direkt beim täglichen Markt sowie dem super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Un sejour parfait

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait La maison est très propre et bien entretenue. Elle est agréable à vivre que ce soit par temps pluvieux et gris que très chaud (on a connu les 2 dans la même semaine). La localisation à proximité direct de très belle plage et de tout les commerces était particulièrement appréciable avec notre enfant de 2 ans et nous a permis de ne pas prendre la voiture de la semaine L’accueil est parfait avec un hôte disponible en cas de question Quant à la ville que nous avons découvert elle est idéal pour des vacances en famille Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!

Klasse Unterkunft mit Spitzenlage

Wir haben die Unterkunft als Familie mit zwei Teenagern (WLAN sehr gut!) genutzt. Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben sind u.a. der Gasgrill mit Plancha sowie der nicht einsehbare Garten. Absolut spitze ist aber natürlich die Lage, direkt am im Sommer täglich stattfindenden Markt und keine 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Der nebenan wohnende Vermieter ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine klasse Unterkunft, weswegen wir nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wiederkommen werden! Merci beaucoup, M Plantier!

Un petit coin de paradis!

La maison est très bien située, proche du marché et des commerces. 8mn à pied de la plage, on peut tout faire à pied. C’est propre, calme, bien agencé et Jean-Paul est un hôte très sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Surferurlaub mit Stil und Luxusunterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist super, absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage zum Meer/Strand ist genial. Zu zweit als Paar oder als Familie bietet die Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter achtet auch auf Details in der Ausstattung derselben, ich werde wiederkommen! Der Kontakt war überaus freundlich, herzlich und offen, ich hätte mich gerne noch mehr mit ihm unterhalten. Séjour très agréable

Charmante location, très propre et fonctionnelle, au calme et quand même placée idéalement à proximité du marché et du centre de Montalivet, non loin des plages (surveillées), qui correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce. La petite cour ombragée avec terrasse abritée est sans vis à vis avec les voisins. Seuls petits bémols étaient le manque de linge de maison pour raison de covid 19 et une deuxième chambre sans fenêtre. En place d'une porte, les deux chambres ont chacune un rideau, ce qui permet une meilleure aération durant la nuit. Malgré des températures partiellement tropicales (>40°), la maison est restée relativement fraîche. Nous n’avions pas besoin de climatisation. Un propriétaire est très attentionné et attentif à notre bien-être; merci pour les contacts toujours chaleureux. Un grand coup de cœur pour ce séjour de 2 semaines en famille.

Perfekte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Excellent séjour dans une propriété idéalement située
