Simple and well thought out house on the ground floor and very bright, ideally located in the village of Montalivet les Bains near the beach (with supervised swimming area) and the famous "Montalivet market" and all shops.
This accommodation, located on a 1300m² garden and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, wifi, barbecue, deckchairs, etc.) is made up of three bedrooms, a kitchen and pantry, a living and dining room, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a garage.

1 large children's room with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds)
1 adult bedroom (independent access) with a 140 bed.

Parfait. La maison est fonctionnelle et nous avons tous (ustensiles et autres). Toutefois pour 7 personnes, une salle de douche supplémentaire serait vraiment parfait ! Pour la chambre extérieure, un peu compliqué pour les besoins nocturnes .

Situation centrale - Mobilier à rénover

La maison est très bien située, le marché est à 5-10 min à pied, grand terrain, maison spacieuse, bon équipement de cuisine, mais les meubles (en particulier les lits) devraient être revus pour une utilisation ultérieure, check-in/out avec le concierge local très bien.

Amateurs de vintage, nous avons étés séduits par la décoration très sûre de cette maison lumineuse et facile à vivre : une vraie maison de Vacances ! toutefois un peu proche de la route principale.

La maison a beaucoup de charme, le jardin est bien agréable pour petit déjeuner au soleil ou à l' ombre. En revanche il est préférable de préciser que la 3ieme chambre ne communique pas avec le reste de la maison, ( pas d' accès direct avec salle de bains ou wc) En revanche, tout est à proximité, le marché , le bus si on veut aller sur Soulac sans avoir à utiliser da voiture ou ailleurs mais surtout le loueur de vélo et les innombrables pistes cyclables. C' est bien commode sans les nuisances . la conciergerie est très réactive et professionnelle elle s 'est organisée pour notre arrivée un peu plus tôt que prévue, et idem pour le départ à 6 H00 le samedi. Très appreciable .

Très bon séjour

Location très bien située, proche de tout et calme en même temps. Très bien équipée , beaucoup de choses à disposition , poussette , petite charrette , parasol , lit bb , jouets etc... Grand terrain et proche des pistes cyclables . Accueil très agréable , efficace et ponctuel . Nous reviendrons !
