Maison agréable et pratique, grandes pièces et belle terrasse. Place pour 2 voitures sur le terrain. Le quartier est calme et proche du centre-ville et des plages. Nous avons apprécié la table de ping-pong et le barbecue. Le mobilier d'extérieur en bois mériterait une réfection ou un remplacement.

La maison est spacieuse et très agréable. Nous avons largement profité de la grande terrasse couverte. Super emplacement, tout est à proximité à pied (plage à moins de 10min, marché et rue commerçante à environ 5 min). Notre sejour fut parfait !

La maison est dans un quartier très calme à proximité du marché quotidien et de l'océan, comporte toutes les fonctionnalités (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle), belle terrasse couverte et en prime une table de ping-pong pour le bonheur des enfants et des plus grands. Très bon séjour

Une maison typique de Montalivet

Une maison avec une belle terrasse où nous avons apprécié manger et il y a une table de ping-pong à côté et nous avons joué encore et encore de nombreux matchs. Le garage est fermé à clé, donc nous ne pouvions pas ranger nos planches de surf la nuit. Nous les deposer ensuite simplement dans le jardin. La maison a beaucoup d'espace et suffisamment de vaisselle et de couverts pour une famille, ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances en famille.

Maison, propre, très calme environnement. Douche non adapté pour person âgés ou jeunes enfants. Nous n'avons pas été informé de faire attention de la hauteur de la terrace, pour descendre au jardin. On trouve un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Et pour temps d'année. Serait parfait famille sans enfants .

Maison de mer idéale pour la famille. Tres proche de la mer.bourg agreable avec son marche journalier. Commune calme et tranquille. Je recommande cette destination pour passer d agrable vacance.tres bonne relation avec propriétaire.

Séjour d'une semaine estivale

La location est appréciable car bien équipée pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants. Même si les équipements sont moins récents (douche, cuisine) ils restent correctes. Les chambres sont très appréciables. La maison est bien située, dans un secteur et à proximité de la plage et des commodités.

Schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt

Familiäres, etw älteres Haus, großer, eingezäunter Garten - super für kleine Kinder, ca 15 min zu Fuß (oder 3 per Rad) vom Strand, im Haus (fast) alles vorhanden, was es braucht.. allerdings müssen Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht werden. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt:-)

Altes Haus aber tolle Lage

Wir hatten das Haus mit Fahrrädern bereits im Februar gebucht und uns sehr darauf gefreut, die kurzen Wege mit den Rädern zu erledigen und das Auto stehen zu lassen. Im Sommer, nachdem wir bereits die volle Mietsumme überwiesen hatten, hieß es plötzlich, dass es keine Fahrräder gäbe, auch nie gab, alles ein Fehler der Vermittlungsagentur (FeWo-direkt). Die Nutzung der dann vor Ort vorhandenen Räder wurde uns explizit vom Eigentümer untersagt. Danke dafür!! Das hat uns wirklich sehr geärgert. Ansonsten ist das Haus wie alle alten Ferienhäuser. Das Wesentliche für einen schönen Urlaub ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Der Garten ist großzügiger, als man aufgrund der Fotos vermutet und die überdachte Terrasse ist Gold wert. Sie ist bei Regen und bei (zu viel) Sonne ideal.

Schönes Haus mit tollem großen Garten

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre, es ist viel Platz vorhanden und vor allem der Garten ist großzügig mit schönen schattenspendenden Bäumen. Allerdings ist es auch schon etwas abgewohnt und manche Einrichtungsgegenstände schon klapprig. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Immer wieder schön in Montalivet. . Sehr nah zum Strand und zum Markt. Garten mit Baumbestand..

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus, aber mit viel Charme und viel Platz . Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen.

Schöne Ferien in privater Atmosphäre

Das Ferienhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was es auch charmant macht. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten zum besten Strand des Atlantiks. Der tolle große Markt im Zentrum ist gleich um die Ecke und lockt mit allerlei Klamotten, Kunsthandwerk und Fisch und Gemüse. Die Familie der Vermieter hat recht viele persönliche Dinge in ihrem Haus stehen. Das macht es ein bisschen wie bei AirBnB. Das muss man mögen. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, freundliche persönliche Übergabe.
