had a broken furnace but fixed it the second day although the place was freezing since the windows are single pane. Sauna didn't work. furnace downstairs had a motor that was about to go making a lot of noise and keeping people up. supposed to be remodeled in this year 2020 but not sure if these things will get fixed. Cooking utencils are there but missing some basic stuff like sponges, soap, etc. Cups and glasses are minimal too.
Brenda, the Agent was very responsive and accommodating however. brought us heaters on the first night since it was cold, hair dryer for a friend, brought over a toaster, got the furnace working again, etc.

We certainly addressed the concerns in a timely and courteous manner to make your stay the best it could be. Issues do arise with any home which were unforeseen and we apologize for any inconvenience. We do not have the sauna listed as an amenity so it was not offered in the rental.
You asked for a credit for your troubles which we graciously met.
