Enjoy one of the best kept secrets in the Caribbean.. After vacationing on St. Martin for twenty years, we discovered this lovely quiet spot and knew we had to call it home. Now we are welcoming visitors to our Caribbean Paradise. Enjoy quiet mornings with the birds singing or take an early morning stroll or dip on beautiful, two mile long, white sand Simpson Bay Beach, directly off our pool deck, steps from our large private ground floor lanai. Snorkel directly 'out back' on the beach where you can also jet ski or kayak (or rent a yacht for the day). Every day is a fabulous parade of yachts sailing across Simpson Bay and every night divine sunsets. Nature’s show is really spectacular! You really never have to leave the property but then you would miss the plethora of terrific restaurants, casinos, gyms and other activities our “neighborhood” has to offer. While we maintain a firm cancellation policy we are always happy to work with people should something come up which causes you to cancel.
