About this property

Nice terraced house ideal for a pleasant beach holiday

The house is located 30 m from the white sand beach of Kerleven and is surrounded by a walled and sunny garden.

On the ground floor you will find:
- living room with living room
      - dining room
      - living room (television)
      - kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge
- WC
- laundry including washing machine, fridge with freezer,
- terrace with garden furniture and BBQ fixed on a closed ground.

Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms with double bed (linen not provided),
- bathroom with shower screen on the bath and toilet.

Several leisure activities nearby: Cornish golf 5 minutes walk, sailing school 30 m, thalassotherapy Concarneau and casino in Bénodet, footpaths along the shore.

Rental per full week from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes the tourist tax and water.
Our friends the animals are welcome.

Optional household package of 60 € to pay locally if you do not want to do the housework.

From October to May, additional fees may apply depending on your electricity consumption. A report will be made.

Petite maison à 150 mètres de la plage,la route à traverser.Tout le confort à l'intérieur,celui-ci décoré avec gout.Trés joli jardin clos,idéal pour compagnon à quatre pattes.Location parfaite.Seul (petit) hic: pas de wifi.Y avons passé 15 jours en mai et ça nous a tellement plu que nous avons voulu réserver pour août,malheureusement c'était complet

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Mme Josette Marielle la propriétaire de la maison qui est très sympathique et à l’écoute de ses locataires . La maison est très bien agencé et très propre avec un très beau jardin fleuri et une belle terrasse . Le tout à deux minutes de la mer ce qui formidable et très proche de la ville de Concarneau pour les visites.Je recommande vivement cette location

Chambres tres spacieuses tout était tres propre .nous avons deux lévriers qui ont été tres bien accueillis ,proche de la plage la route a traverser.notre hote est tres sympatique,avec des petits présents pour notre arrivée. Je recommande cette jolie petite maison rien ne manquait.

Très belle petite maison, très fonctionnelle. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, l'accès à la mer est à quelques dizaines de mètres. Maison très propre, propriétaire agréable , disponible et discrète. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Sejour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans la maison de Madame Mariel qui a ete très accueillante et nous a permis d'arriver plus tôt pour eviter la chaleur de la route pour nos chiens et repartir quand ca nous arrangeait.La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable. L' extérieur avec la végétation qui a poussé et le grand store Banne est beaucoup plus joli que sur les photos. L'immense plage est accessible en traversant la route. Il y a des jeux ombragés et de quoi promener les chiens à l'ombre le long de la plage. Et tout autour de la maison des randonnées magnifiques (comme l'Anse de Saint Laurent, le bois de Penfoulic) des petites plages magiques (de Bot Conan à Beig Mel), c'est chaque jour de merveilleux endroits. Avec des vélos, c'est le top ! Nous espérons vraiment revenir l'année prochaine ! Merci beaucoup pour votre confiance Madame Mariel !

Un excellent séjour

Gite très bien équipé et bien situé, très agréable à vivre. Parfait avec un animal le jardin est clos.Mme Mariel la propriétaire a été très amicale et prévenante.Juste un petit regret sur l'absence de linge pas toujours pratique à amener lors qu'on voyage loin et des quelques "consommables" indispensables : sel, éponge, etc ... pour éviter de tout acheter en quantité pour une semaine de séjour.

Madame Marielle nous a bien reçues, dommage que l'annonce ne précise pas la non fourniture des draps et des serviettes et pas d'accès internet. Joli jardinet bien clôturé pour notre petite chienne Belles vacances au calme avec beaucoup de sites à découvrir et la mer face au logement.

Merci, Josette, pour ce temps parfait dans votre jolie maison propre et bien amenagée! Cérise sur le gâteau: Un jardin qui fait rêver... Maison très fonctionelle, pieds dans l'eau (ou presque) d'où on entend les vagues à basse marée. Propriétaire très à l'écoute et fortement sympa. Seul bémol, les commerces sont très loin de la maison. Par contre, petit chariot de crêpes directement à l'entrée de la plage de Kerléven. En tout, on recommend fortement ce logement.

emplacement rêvé à 30 m de la plage et 200 m du port.

location très agréable, lumineuse, bien décorée et fonctionnelle. le jardin n'est pas très grand mais joliment fleuri et agencé, il est un point fort également de la location. la cuisine est petite mais fonctionnelle et il est très agréable de bénéficier d'un lave linge et d'un réfrigérateur congélateur dans l'arrière cuisine. nous conseillons fortement cette location.
