The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.

The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.


This well-furnished villa located between Calpe and Moraira enjoys both the pleasure of a wonderful location just 2 min. drive away from La Fustera beach and a nice convenience due to its proximity to a supermarket and restaurants. The villa has an extended garden with the traditional Spanish vegetation, a terrace surrounding the large swimming pool, sunbeds together with an outdoor dining area with BBQ will make you feel the full essence of the Mediterranean holiday experience.

We find the entrance through a covered patio with outside furniture and views to the pool area, that flows into a large living/dining area with a chimney, TV/Sat/DVD and A/C and also central heating to make you feel like at home both for the summer holidays as on the more intimate winter stays. Following the living room, we find a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with A/C and one twin bedroom with a large bathroom.

A separate apartment behind the villa offers a twin bedroom with a shower room. This villa is a perfect family retreat due to its marvelous outdoor area and its proximity to the beach.
