Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a coffered rotunda ceiling. Ocean view master bedroom with King size bed. Master bath with large stand alone shower and soaker tub. 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms also have King size bed and one of them have a pull out sofa bed with large walk-in closets. 4th guest bedroom offers one queen bed with pull-out single. Beds for 11 guest . All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs. Fully stocked Gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, beach towels, washer and dryer. GREAT for large families

We had a wonderful time in the place that we stayed. Lots of space, completely furnished, and it was very clean! The only thing that was difficult is being able to have access to things (fobs to get into everything (great for safety, hard for large families with many people), the pool was wonderful when heated (it broke a few times). The beach was very clean, and accessible (tough with high/low tide unpredictability and beach driving opening and closing)

Great Location

Right on the beach. It is a big building, but since the rooms are so large it isn't really that many people. The pool was offset a bit which was great because it got lots of afternoon sun. Most pools are shaded by the buildings.

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect for extended family Thanksgiving Holiday. Lots of room inside and out (deck was huge!) exactly as advertised. View was wonderful. It is on the north side of the building, so a little cool and shady in November. That being said, not many condos have space for 8+ on the deck! Loved our stay.

Family Fun

This was the perfect accommodation for a family vacation. Easy access to beach and more amenities than we could hope for. Very clean and spacious! We will definitely be booking again!

Decent Stay

We recently stayed at this property for a family getaway. Overall, it was an okay experience. The condo itself is very spacious—plenty of room for our family to spread out comfortably. The large balcony with a nice view was definitely a highlight, and the bedrooms were roomy and well-suited for a group. The massage chair was also a nice bonus, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach.One of the standout positives was the property management team. They were prompt, professional, and friendly throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated.That said, the property and its furnishings felt quite dated. There were visible stains on the furniture, and the balcony grill was not clean and difficult to cook on. The kitchen was also understocked—there weren’t enough pans or cooking tools to prepare meals for our group, which made things challenging.With a few updates and improvements to cleanliness and kitchen supplies, this could be a great rental. As it stands, it worked for our trip but fell a bit short of expectations.

Very nice!

It was very nice. We all had a great time! The only thing I didn’t like was that only 2 vehicles were allowed in the parking garage. We had 3 families which forced us to pay an extra 207.00 for parking down the street.

Family Vacation

Loved staying in this condo! We had 9 people and plenty of room and space for everyone, including two pack n play cribs! I highly recommend a stay here. Everything was wonderful from the first contact with the property owners. We will definitely be back!

Rockville rendezvous

3 king bedrooms, 1 queen. 3 couples, 7 adults. Beachfront condo with ocean view. Aside from a couple of appliance issues, that were addressed, it was perfect. Shout out to Melissa, the property manager. She is the best!

Prior to arriving: Chris and Kaylee kept me updated with the information for our stay. They both did a awesome job. Arriving at Ocean Vista: We met Michael and he gave us a tour of the building and our condo. He made us feel right at home. The condo was very clean and amazing. I would strongly recommend this condo

Beautiful spacious condo, only negative is the one bathroom had mildew in multiple corners esp on the glass block -could use updating. Loved the spacious balcony and the large dinning table on balcony . Glass railing made the view amazing and safe for my grandson to walk around. The kitchen is gorgeous and the multiple sinks made prep and clean up a breeze. Having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for my family!

5 Stars Are Not Enough!

We just concluded a week long vacation and I have to say it was simply amazing. The condo was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Upon arrival we were given a tour of the property and all of its amenities. Plenty of space for our entire family of eleven. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was absolutely amazing from the balconies. The secure parking was a bonus. The property manager Peggy was awesome at communicating every detail with us. Andy was simply a joy to meet as well. If I could rate this condo higher than 5 stars I definitely would! We can’t wait to return next year! -The Hunt Family

Gorgeous Condo

We loved this condo and our stay at Ocean Vista. Smooth check-in and easy checkout. The photos don't do the condo justice. The unit is larger and beautifully decorated. We had a small issue with the ice maker. Peggy had it fixed immediately. She is awesome to deal with and readily available for questions. All beds were FIRM. The kitchen is equipped with high-end items.....everything we needed was there. Nothing inexpensive in this condo. The balcony is enormous with ocean and city views. The unit was spotless as was the building. A great beach getaway. We stayed 2 weeks and weren't ready to leave! You'll be pleased if you rent this condo!

New Years Eve

The process, condo, and location were great. As always when we've stayed here they made the check-in process easy. The pool is awesome and even with the hurricane damage done to the main staircase to the beach getting access is easy via the side street. The view is great even though you're a bit on the side of the building. There are beach and pool toys and extra chairs and such for anybody to use. There are a couple of "imperfections" that might have taken me to 4.9 stars but certainly not enough to take down an entire star! A few dining room chairs need to be replaced. They look ok until you move them a bit. The legs on some of them are probably going to come off pretty soon. The beds aren't the worst I've been on but considering the price-point of the condo I think they should probably be upgraded. All-in-all a great stay.
