If you love the Beach Club,, and prefer a medium range floor with a fantastic direct Gulf View, this condo is perfect for you! You will enjoy a direct Gulf view from your balcony, living/dining area and master bedroom. The newly refreshed decor, granite counter tops and tile throughout is sure to please all. The carpet has been replaced. New Pics Coming Soon!

Accommodations include: King Master Bedroom with an adjoining bath and a Queen Guest Room and guest bath, plus a sleeper sofa. The beds are made with fresh linen, linen is provided for the sofa, bath linens are provided, as well. Bring beach towels.

The kitchen appliances are full size. There is a stack washer/dryer in the utility closet for your convenience. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Small appliances are provided: Coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, can opener. Bring groceries, coffee and paper products.

Check-in is very easy! No need to stop at a check-in desk, your electronic door code will be provided by email 10 days prior to your arrival. There is unlimited space in the parking area, but no trailers of any sort is allowed. Parking passes are issued at the security booth upon arrival. The Doral Tower has three elevators, a lobby, and covered parking for unloading.

The Doral pool and hot tub are located at the foot of the tower with a view of the beach! Loungers are provided at the pool. Outside showers are located at the boardwalk which leads to the beach area. Ice chests with wheels can be easily towed.

If you book this condo, you will have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of the four towers and you may patron the fine casual dining restaurant on the second floor of the clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of the clubhouse, plus the shops and sports bar & grill near the entry of the property, playground, and charcoal grills without additional fees.

The owner is a member of the Clubhouse and the private amenities are available with a daily fee which is paid in person at the Clubhouse desk for the only the days you choose, if any. The clubhouse amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and children activities.

You may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas, but must be removed each night.

Like that it is a gated community but frustrating that we could not even enter the grounds prior to 4pm check-in. No buggies were available upon arrival or departure to assist with our luggage. Loved the limited wait time for elevators. Enjoyed our stay - lots of room for 4 adults. Location is a long drive from store and restaurants.

The property was lovely and clean; the view was spectacular. The property and unit were easy to locate, and the checking in/out procedure were easy and convenient. It was an older building, but very well maintained. Everything is as described on VRBO. The kitchen was supplied with the basics for meal preparations. The bed could be a little more comfortable. I’d def stay here again, and recommend renting from Pam Martin.

Loved the location, some of the amenities were dated.

Overall, the condo was as listed, and the Beach Club was lovely. The dryer did not function at all, which was disappointing since we had to supply beach towels and were counting on being able to wash them throughout the week. Several other things were broken like the toaster, and the guest shower didn’t drain well.

Nice Condo, Spectacular View, Bad Dryer

We had a great 5-night stay in the condo! It was clean, nicely decorated, and in a fantastic location. While a few things were a bit out of date, overall it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did run into one issue during our stay — the dryer. On our first night, we washed some beach towels and went to dry them, but the dryer sounded like it was going to explode. I reported it to maintenance the next morning, and they told me to keep using it and that someone would come out that day. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I followed up via text multiple times over the next few days, and each time I was told someone would come the following day — but no one ever did. Meanwhile, we had to keep using the noisy dryer, which I'm sure annoyed the neighbors. Plus, it took two full cycles to dry a single load, which was frustrating. One of the reasons we chose a place with a washer and dryer was so we could pack light, but this ended up being a bit of an inconvenience. Still, aside from that issue, we really enjoyed the stay.

Could have been better.

We booked a four-night stay at The Beach Club Resort. The resort itself was stunning, offering beautiful views and plenty of activities. However, our experience was marred by several issues. On the night we arrived, we stayed up late playing board games and listening to the ocean waves. When we finally went to bed, we discovered discolored sheets, sand particles, and numerous strands of hair in the master bed. It was clear that the sheets had not been properly changed prior to our arrival. As it was late, we had no choice but to pull up the sheets and sleep on the exterior of the bedding, which was frustrating and unpleasant. Additionally, we found sand on the floor and kitchen utensils with food and egg particles from previous guests. I was also surprised to find there was no pizza cutter in this unit. The second night, my 12-year-old daughter discovered that her bed railings were broken. One slat on the side of the bed was on the floor while the other was not, causing the bed to lean when she lay or sat in it. We notified housekeeping and Ms. Martin. Housekeeping argued that the sheets had been changed, despite visible evidence to the contrary. Ms. Martin assured us that housekeeping and maintenance would address the issue. However, maintenance never arrived, and my daughter, whose birthday trip we were on, had to sleep in a broken bed each night. While we loved the location and view, this condo requires more attention and attentiveness to guests.

Nice, clean condo!

We always love staying at The Beach Club but had not stayed in the Doral building before. We came down for a quick trip and luckily this unit was available. Check in was super easy and the unit was well stocked and super clean! Would definitely recommend!
