Amazing Ocean/Beach Front, Pool Side, Ground Floor Remodeled 2 Bdr 2 Bath Condo

Super Hosts invite you to reserve your stay at our fully remodeled air conditioned condo unit. The unit has 2 Bedrooms, a Sofa sleeper, 2 bathrooms (sleeps 6 ) that have been fully remodeled. 1 King bed and two singles (the two singles can be combined into one king). The kitchen and living room have also been remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, and furniture. Every room (including the living room) has its own separate air conditioner as well as ceiling fan. Ocean view from Living room, bedroom and lanai. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher and small appliances. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. 3 t.v.'s, cable, WIFI, DVD, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, and beach towels. There is no telephone due to everyone now using cell phones. Please no smoking in condo. There is a smoking bench in parking area. Most condo's require paid parking, but we provide free parking! The pool is heated and just steps away from the lanai. There are beautiful, clean barbecues pool side and rooftop. The rooftop at sunset is something you cannot miss. There are BBQ's up there, perfect for entertaining. This is a MUST stay Unit!!!

The proximity to the pool, shuffle boards, and the beach access couldn’t have been any better. My kids had so much fun taking advantage of both. There were tons of beach toys, boogie boards, etc left for guests to use which was such a great way to keep them waste down (can fly with big items). The host was fabulous in answering any questions, and we would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this condo two years in a row and it is amazing! It has everything needed for a great family vacation. The proximity to the pool and ocean is perfect for a family with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances etc., the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing.

This place is perfect. Beautiful view, just steps away from a well maintained beach. Very clean!! And the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials that you normally don’t think to get on that first grocery run: coffee filters, seasonings, cooking oil, storage containers, etc. Check-in process was easy. And while we enjoyed many mornings/nights out on the lanai, we didn’t spend a ton of time here. The location is right next to everything. Kihei shops, food, etc. Loved it

Wonderful location on the property - right next to the pool and quick walk off your patio to the beach. Boogie boards, sand toys and chairs were great. We saw turtles right at the beach almost everyday. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with easy beach access. The kitchen was well stocked and had spices and condiments so we didn’t have to purchase extras. They had beach chairs and boogie boards and some other random beach/pool toys. One thing they don’t have is beach towels so make sure to bring your own.

Aloha! Our family has been coming to Maui since 2003 and we always stayed in Kihei which we love. Our three children love this place as well , so we decided to get a little slice of paradise for all of us to enjoy and to share with others.

We rented a condo here on vacation and loved the property. You can't beat stepping out your back patio and having a beachfront access and a swimming pool just steps away. If you're looking to relax or have fun with the family this property is perfect for you!

What makes this property unique

Besides being just steps from the beach and pool, you'll find that this condo offers the unique ability to hang out on the rooftop of the complex to entertain, BBQ and watch the amazing sunset. This is something that most other condos in Maui can't offer. We also have free parking at the complex which is a plus!
